라구나 리조트 - 빌라모라(Laguna Resort - Vilamoura)

Stayed for a short break mid February. Apartments offered everything we needed. Modern decor and great facilities. Within walking distance of Vilamoura. Uber available for roughly €4 to marina. Great break away, would definitely return.

I thought this was a resort but it’s far from, it’s actually very misleading to have that in the title. Its more like individual apartments. No friendly staff greeting you and helping with bags, no amenities the bar pool and golf course was closed. I didn’t see one other guest the whole time it felt like I was the only one there but the staff were still quick rush me out as soon as it turned 11. I have to say I’m very disappointed you’re better booking a hotel this is not a resort by any means.

I would struggle to find a negative about Laguna resort. All the staff are friendly, helpful and courteous. The complex is so clean. We had a one bedroom apartment. They fulfilled our request for a pool view. The apartment was so clean, spacious and light. Plenty of choice at breakfast and the older gentleman serving is so proud of his buffet selection and goes out of his way to make sure you have everything you need. The pool area is simply gorgeous. Getting a sunbed was never an issue and the pool was amazing. We found a large supermarket, about 30 minute walk away and we walked into Vilamoura every evening and got a taxi back, very manageable. Laguna felt so safe and really is a lovely complex. I miss it now I'm home. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

Very good value for money, very clean and comfortable. Felt very safe. Friendly, helpful staff Lovely big rooms, more like apartments with kitchen and living area, very large balcony. Very nicely decorated. Very good standard of furnishings. Lovely view over pool and golf course. Good choice at breakfast. very fresh and topped up regularly so that everything was very fresh. Nice walk into Vilamoura, 20 mins. Highly recommended. My only negative was the chairs on the balcony were not very comfortable

Great apartments in a beautiful location, just a short drive from Vilamoura Marina. Our apartment had a fantastic view over the golf course. During the winter there are no other facilities available but this was not an issue for us. Absolutely perfect and we hope to return again soon!

The hotel is completely empty. They checked someone in directly above my hotel room at 1:30 in the morning. They made so much noise for hours that I couldn’t sleep. When I told Reception, they said there was nothing they would do about it. I asked for some sort of compensation or refund for the evening that I lost all sleep, and they refused to do anything or acknowledge responsibility.

Couldn't of asked for more. We arrived at the airport early morning. We rang at lunchtime just to see if earlier check in was available on the off chance, it wasn't but the receptionist kindly rang us at 2.30pm to say it was, as check in was meant to be 4pm we were very grateful and thought how wonderful, she was so lovely on the phone but I forgot to get her name. When we arrived check in was lovely. Our room was ground floor corner, huge great apartment, immaculately clean, 2 balconies, beautiful kitchen etc. Lovely comfortable bed. So quiet too. Air con excellent. The hotel was full but we didn't have any noise and lots of sunbeds any time of day, again spotlessly clean. Pool lovely. Bar man, Sandraz or something like that, he was wonderful. So very helpful. Perfect English too. My sad attempt at Portuguese was not up to much. Puts me to shame. Every member of staff was friendly. Location is out of the main marina, but that's what we wanted, probably 20 minute lovely walk past all the turtles, birds, white stalks, terrapins etc. The marina is overpriced as expected as its the tourist centre of Vilamoura and food okay, not amazing. Beach is lovely though. Would definetly recommend this hotel but if you want entertainment and in the thick of it all then this might not be for you. If you want quiet, nature, Golf,, walking, running and friendly chats and a bar then this is for you. Thank you once again.

Very nice and clean apartment hotel. The apartment (1 bedroom) was large enough and well equipped. Wifi works well. Parking was easy and lot of parking lots available. Location is quiet but not faraway from Vilamoura

An outstanding hotel and set of apartments, close to the local beach and golf courses. With an excellent surrounding environment, pool, bar and cafe. Staff from cleaning, gounds and bar/reception were very friendly and helpful. Will return.
