Wonderful modern hotel with amazing breakfast and great service. Very comfortable bed. Would easily add it to a 5 star. 20 EUR fee access to wellness I found a bit disappointing. Otherwise all great.

The facilities were clean and it was nice because it was a new building. I rested well because there was an ocean in front of me. The breakfast was good. I applied for breakfast beforehand, but due to a communication error with the female staff at the restaurant, the staff charged me, but the front desk staff handled it well.

The best hotel I could recommend I would say it’s a 5⭐️ for me. The room the location perfect and great service I would recommend to everyone that want to visit Vigo should book this hotel See the hotel photos I have uploaded

It is really a good hotel located in front of the beach, beautiful view, friendly staff, modern and cozy decoration, clean and spacious room! The breakfast was fantastic with many voices of breads , hams and cheese! Only two little things need to be improved : 1) the coffee machines in the breakfast restaurant, there was a button for cappuccino, but it came out the chocolate milk not coffee. I believed something wrongly set to the machines! 2) the english standard of the staff, we found only the reception staff could speak english very well, but when we dialed the extension to the bar and room services, we needed to wait someone who could understand and translated to the related dept.! Other than that, everything was perfect! Highly recommend to my friends and sure we will come back again next time!

Super hotel

套房很臟毛巾上有頭髮，還有黃色的液體，根本沒打掃過 代理推卸責任不幫助跟酒店溝通，實在很糟糕，還好同行人會西班牙語，跟酒店前台據理力爭。 賠償了我們30€3天停車費+90€歐元的狗狗清理費。 但是我套房一晚上差不多300€

酒店的地理位置超級贊，度假感滿滿，步行幾分鐘到海邊，海邊度假的超多，預訂的陽台房可以直接看到酒店的室外游泳池和酒店的室外用餐區，室內游泳池需要另付費，酒店在入住前就提前給孩子準備了幼兒的洗髮水，沐浴露，浴巾和拖鞋，房間很整潔，如果能提供一些飲用水就更讚了，服務人員都專業且優秀，值得一提的是海邊的日落，有機會一定要去現場感受一下，超級美！！！

Tout était parfait dans l’ensemble : chambre propre, bon service et bon emplacement. Cependant, pour un hôtel 4 étoiles, il est surprenant de ne pas trouver les commodités habituelles dans la salle de bain (brosse à dents, cotons-tiges, disques démaquillants, bonnet de bain, etc.). C’est un détail, mais dans les hôtels de même catégorie, ces éléments sont généralement proposés.

Tive uma experiência excelente durante minha estadia neste hotel. A localização é simplesmente perfeita, mesmo de frente à praia de Samil, pena estar chovendo durante minha estadia. Os funcionários foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos, sempre prontos para ajudar com um sorriso no rosto, o que fez toda a diferença. Outro ponto que merece destaque é a limpeza: tudo estava impecável, desde os quartos até as áreas comuns. O ambiente é acolhedor e bem cuidado, transmitindo conforto e segurança. Com certeza, voltaria a me hospedar aqui e recomendo a todos que buscam uma estadia agradável e sem preocupações.
