인스브루크 호텔

호텔은 중심이 아니지만 공항이나 주요 역에서 F 버스로 운전하는 것은 문제가되지 않습니다. 호텔이 깨끗하고 저렴하며 객실에는 욕조(내가 즐겼던 것), 주차 공간이 있으며 레스토랑에는 훌륭한 주방이 있기 때문에 비용을 지불하기도 합니다. 따라서 개인적으로 인스부르크에서 내가 가장 좋아하는 호텔이 되었습니다.

9월 20일 체크인하여 3박 동안 파노라마 디럭스 룸을 예약했습니다. 이 숙소는 기차역을 따라 중앙에 위치하고 있으며 엘리베이터로 바로 연결된 주차장이 있습니다. 이 고층 건물의 ”피스 데 레지스탕스”는 분명히 마을과 주변 산에 대한 멋진 전망을 가지고 있습니다. 우리는 12 번째가 아침 식사가 제공되는 라운지 / 레스토랑을 수용하기 때문에 객실을 갖춘 최상층 인 11.th 층의 1104 호실에 머물 렀습니다. 궁금하게도, 호텔에는 전통적인 의미의 로비가 없습니다. 컨시어지 및 현금 인출기 카운터는 지하실의 작은 별도의 사무실에서 찾을 수 있으며 객실로가는 엘리베이터는 유리문을 가로 지르는 작은 홀에 있습니다. 브루나커 스트리트에서 직접 문을 엽니 다. 객실 키 카드로 관리되는 층에 대한 보안에 접근하면 숙박 시설과 주차장을 출입 할 수 있으며 직원에게 연락하지 않습니다. 우리 방은 코너 방이었고, 다소 크고, 아름답게 건축되었으며, 현대적인 대도시 스타일로 멋지게 꾸며져 있습니다. 방의 거의 모든 점 (욕실 포함)에서 멋진 파노라마의 추가 세부 사항을 찾을 수있었습니다. 방은 편안하고 조용했습니다 (바쁜 기차역 근처에도 불구하고) 아침 식사는 좋았고 우리는 Innsbruck에서 매우 즐거운 시간을 보냈습니다.

La struttura è vecchia ma i bagni delle camere sono rinnovati di recente e molto belli e funzionali (almeno quelli delle due camere che abbiamo avuto noi). I letti sono comodi, la pulizia è buona. Detto questo, NON È UN 4 STELLE. L'unica cosa di un 4 stelle è il prezzo. Già all'arrivo l'impressione non è stata delle migliori, accoglienza senza informazioni e non sapevano neanche se la strada antistante era doppio senso o senso unico...

우리는 인스 브루크에서 하룻밤 만 보냈으므로 호텔은 더 의미가있었습니다. 기차역과 도심에서 편안한 호텔. 편안한 숙박에 이상적입니다. 매우 편안하고 직원이 참여하고 이용 가능합니다. 세계 각국의 뷔페가 포함된 아침 식사는 매우 풍부합니다.

Located on the outskirts of Innsbruck the hostel is relatively easy to get to. From the central station you just walk around the corner and catch the number 3 tram (heading for Amras). After a few stops you get off at `Pilippine-welser strabe’ and then walk for about ten minutes. Incidentally, if your flight is a morning one, don’t turn up at the hostel in the hope of an early check-in as there is no receptionist until 14.00. So unless you want to sit outside and twiddle your thumbs you would be better off placing your bags in one of the rail station lockers and having a look around the city. Our room was small and basic (no television etc.) and our allocated bathroom was across the corridor. But it was all high spec and, in keeping with the rest of the hostel, spotlessly clean. The receptionists were polite, knowledgeable and helpful (don’t forget to ask for your welcome card which gives you free travel on the trams and buses within the city). Breakfast was more than sufficient to keep us going for most of the day, although some might feel that the choice on offer a bit limited. Should we ever return to Innsbruck we’d be happy to stay at the Marmota again.

The hotel is beautiful, in a very good position, central but quiet with a public parking going directly to the hall and the rooms are super clean, the breakfast is good and with a lot of choice...so why only 3/5? Because the staff at the reception is completely useless and the wellness area had very restricted hours (from 5 to 9 p. m. only), they wrote due to the cost of energy, but if this is the reason, why the heating in the rooms was always so high? We had to turn it off and open the window during the day to breath, it should have been around 24-25 °C. If they kept it lower they could open the wellness area for more time, especially because there were a lot of people (60 rooms most or them booked) and it was difficult to use a 8 people jacuzzi and around 20 deck chairs if everybody go there at the same time. The problem with the reception staff totally useless happend twice: in the wellness area you shouldn't drink or eat (it's logical but I asked to be sure), I said there was a group of teenagers with beers and bottles in general (glass) but nobody came to check and say somehing: bringing glass near a swimming pool could be very dangerous if a bottle fall, but nobody cared. The other episode was with the restaurant: we asked at the reception for a reservation in any night of our stay (5 nights), but they say to ask directly to the restaurant without caring at all at our request. At the restaurant they were very rude and said they were fully booked any day any time without even checking, fortunately just around the corner there was another very good one and we went there twice, but usually if in the hotel there is a restaurant, the staff is much more helpful and there is always the possibility to try it if you are a guest of the hotel.

인스부르크 중심에 아주 좋은 가치. 우리는 우리의 경험에 매우 만족했습니다. 호텔은 크리스마스 시장에서 불과 몇 걸음 떨어져 있습니다. 대중 교통으로 쉽게 접근 할 수 있으며 ... 시내 어디에서나 도보로 이동할 수 있습니다. 우리는 레스토랑에서 저녁을 먹고 훌륭한 식사를 했습니다. 아침 식사는 훌륭했습니다. 매우 친절하고 수용적인 직원.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It is in a convenient location for getting around - next to the train and bus station for links to the airport, international/national trains in other cities, the Swarovski crystal world and around a 10 minute easy walk to the old town. We were checked in early by a very friendly lady on reception who initially let us store our luggage. The snow capped mountain views from the room (ours was on the 8th floor) are stunning and framed perfectly by the big windows. The hotel reception and room was stylishly decorated. In the room, there was a small window that could be opened and the air conditioning was very quiet, though doesn’t go down to the 10c on the thermostat and seemed more like 20c. The bedding was very nice quality and had a soft and firm pillow - these were probably the most comfortable pillows I’ve experienced in a hotel before. The bathroom is, again, very modern with nice smelling hand wash and shower gel/shampoo. The shower head had a few different settings, including a massage mode which ran for a few seconds. The shelf for the shower gel/shampoo wasn’t very strong though, so had to be held or rested elsewhere and the pump head kept getting stuck, but otherwise was very good and the towels were very soft and thick. The room was fairly quiet, but you could hear other people in other rooms so it doesn’t appear to be soundproofed in any way. Noise from outside (trains, buses and incoming aeroplanes) were very minimal though and did not disturb us. We found the room cleaning system a little strange - there are two cards that you can put on the door. One is not to be cleaned at all during the day and the other is not to have the room cleaned at that time and needs to be removed before 2pm. There isn’t anything to put on the door when you want it to be cleaned, you just have to remove both from the door handle. We initially had the card attached to the door not to disturb at that time (overnight) and then removed it in the morning at 11am and the room had not been cleaned. We were able to get clean towels from reception though. It would be better in my opinion to have a card to have the room cleaned rather than two not to have it cleaned as most people would surely want the room cleaned. We went to the bar on the 13th floor during our stay. This can be visited by hotel guests and non hotel guests. This looks very nice and has great views all around, as well as an outdoor area with blankets. The prices of the drinks are reasonable and comparable with elsewhere in the city. We sat outside and then asked at the bar for a couple of drinks. We were told that there wasn’t any bar service for the outside area - only the inside (which is not a problem at all). However, it was a bit awkward when paying, the lady making the drinks asked if I wanted to give a tip. Given that the drinks were just being made and not brought to our table, I did not give a tip. Excelent Hotel. If you want to just hang out and have the best time of your life I highly recommend it. Friendly Staff, super quiet, super clean. Best breakfast in town. The road up there is amazing and it's everything it claims it is. I've spent 3 nights and it is worth every penny.
