We are a family of five adults. This was a lovely hotel in a perfect location. It is right next door to the Metro station which made it easy to get around. The staff was exceptional. They arranged for three of us to get a private massage which was much needed after all the walking we did. The rooftop bar was lively with good drinks.

One of the most beautiful hotels in Vienna. Restored very tastefully. Very helpful and friendly staff from the moment you step into reception to the fabulous Chez Bruce restaurant. This hotel was a haven during our 4 day visit when Vienna experienced it’s worst storm and rains for decades

My husband and I absolutely LOVED this hotel. It just doesn't get more beautiful than this. Our rom was so spacious and expertly designed and the water pressure was probably the best of any hotel we've ever stayed at ever. In terms of getting there it's right next to a metro stop and navigating the city from the hotel couldn't have been easier. We can't wait to come back.

This hotel has thought of everything. Love the beds, the decor is amazing and bathrooms are so wonderful. Location is great. Restaurant upstairs is lovely. Elizabeth our waitress was amazing. I wish I knew all the names of the gentlemen that served as well. The rooftop bar was wonderful too. Hoping we get to stay again. From the USA

The hotel was very nice. We visited during summer so it was a blessing to have air conditioning. The staff was so polite specially Christopher. He helped us so much in recommending good places around the city and even planning little details of our trip. The hotel is next to the train station so it becomes easier to access any place in the city . I would 10/10 stay here again !!!

I was so looking forward to this hotel, but was deeply disappointed. They have no telephones in the room, but network coverage is bad so it’s difficult to speak to staff. No room service is offered, although you’re allowed to take out food from the restaurant; shame the restaurant denied me to order because they were busy. The room itself is pleasant enough but on the small side. Location is OK

Absolutely beautiful hotel, our deluxe room was stylish, roomy and very comfortable. All the staff were wonderful. Food in chez Bernard was very good and the restaurant and roof top bar are very elegant. Great location next to the underground and a pleasant 15 min walk into the museum quarter. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit to Vienna and this hotel was the icing on the cake!

If I could give 6 stars I would. The hotel has a Parisian vibe both outside and in the interior decor. I stayed in a beautifully appointed Petit room which was the perfect size for a solo traveller but I think it would be too small for a couple. The hotel is on top of a U-bahn station which makes travelling to other parts of the city a breeze and it’s located near Mariahilferstrasse - a main shopping precinct
