This is nice hotel located very close to the most important museums in Vienna. It’s nice area and quiet district. Walking distance to many restaurants and shopping center

We like the hotel, the breakfast and the strategical position. Many thanks to Reception Employee Michelle that tried to help us after checkout then our taxi didn't arrive.

The location of the property is excellent being near U and also walking distance to many attractions. Staff generally helpful. However, the hotel rooms and corridors are in desperate need of an upgrade. We chose K&K because we had stayed a few years back at both Vienna & Budapest. The standard was much higher then so our stay this time was somewhat disappointing. Also we were there for Christmas but not much Christmas spirit was in evidence, perhaps a complimentary drink/snack would have been very welcome.

Location was fantastic , walkable to city center and good restaurants ,very clean and friendly ambience.

Really nice location easy to walk and get to all the sites wanted to see. Friendly helpful staff. Right next to a nice Xmas market. Would recommend.

Hotel service staff was very helpful during our stay and a short walk away from the train station. However room is a little aged and shower amenities provided were quite limited.
