Absolutely amazing breakfast and complimentary gifts. Thank you! The space is beautiful and the staff is friendly. We had a wonderful time.

The staff are very warm and friendly. The property is centrally located, very close to shopping and restaurants. Hotel breakfast is great. It is however a boutique and comes with its quirks and minor impracticality. For example, while the room has a nice vintage speaker and CD player with a disc that plays some nice quirky music, it lacks some basic appliances like a kettle. Guests can access the living room with hot water, tea and espresso machine but it does mean you need to dress up appropriately to get a glass of warm water. Room also don’t have a fridge. Overall minor inconveniences except the lack of a shower head attachment which is quite annoying as you will need to hold the shower head while you shower.

My friend and I stayed here for 2 nights, we had a very pleasant and comfortable stay. Friendly staff, tastefully decorated rooms and very comfortable beds. Highly recommend!

What an absolute wonderful experience! This was a special trip for me to visit the Christmas markets of Vienna with my son. From the moment I came in the door it felt like home. They are truly crazy for you. From the decor which is cosy, cute and private, the service and kindness of each and every staff member. I engaged primarily with Simone for the day I booked and cannot say enough about his excellent customer service. Just the kindest young man. All other staff were excellent as well. The breakfast which is included was amazing and made with the freshest organic ingredients. The chef and his staff were also super especially Tobias who was always so helpful in answering my questions. My hope is to return to Vienna one day and I will definitely stay again at the Hollmann Beletage Design & Boutique Hotel. Sending the warmest regards to everyone and Merry Christmas

Staff was excellent. Best hotel experience I’ve had and I travel a lot. They made the experience personal and fun.

Sara checked us in promptly once we arrived and gave us an orientation of the services available at the hotel and walked us to our room. The room was spacious with a good view of the street and a tiny portion of St. Stephens North Tower. The breakfast was a la carte, freshly made by Bernie... so delish! The spa was a great place to unwind at the end of the day (included in the price of our room). Great location to Vienna sites. I would stay here again.

It’s an absolute gem in the heart of the city, but with a very boutique designer feel. The receptionists are so friendly and helpful and the amenities are wonderful! Highly recommend!

Great hotel in an excellent central location. Comfortable and well equipped room with very friendly and helpful staff. Cathedral and museums very close and Belvedere and Prater within easy walking distance. Good restaurants within 100m.

Great location. Quirky and beautifully set out hotel. Lots of extra touches and really helpful staff. Best hotel we have stayed in for a longtime.
