Nice place to stay, great view of the city and the hotel service is fantastic.

服務非常好，所有人都很親切。 老闆去過中國好幾次。 視野非常棒，晚上入住的夜景很美，清晨起來拍到朝陽映射下的維羅納城，更是迷人。

We were really lucky to have found this gem with a splendid overview of the old city, yet tranquil and cosy. The service was first class as was the room and its amenities. When retiring to Verona (which is very likely) this will sultry be our away-home again.

Brilliant service, lovely staff, rooms, pool and food. Whilst they say they are not a restaurant we had lunch by the pool for a couple of days and ate a full locally sourced meal in the courtyard twice. All excellent. So quiet and relaxing. Nothing too much trouble. Would highly recommend.

From the moment we pulled up in front of the gates and they opened the view was amazing. We could not fault the hotel our room was great, with a large comfortable bed, very clean with terrific views overlooking Verona. Breakfast was good with options of hot and cold food. The staff were amazing and could not have done more. The pool was also a good size and kept really clean. This was to be a romantic relaxing break and it lived up to it in every way.

The Relais Fra Lorenzo Verona was the nicest hotel we stayed in on our two week vacation in Italy. The location is wonderful, the scenery is fantastic, and the service was outstanding. The staff was very friendly and helped us out with transportation and other reservations. The breakfasts and other meals were well prepared and very delicious. We will definitely stay here again on on next trip. I will happily recommend our friends and family to stay here.

What a lovely place to stay when you're visiting Verona. The view over the city is jaw-droppingly beautiful, the pool is lovely and the staff delightful. The website maintains that merely snacks are available all day, but we had beautiful pasta with full white table cloth service two of the evenings we stayed there. The building had been a nunnery but the refit is exquisite and there's just ten rooms, so it always seemed quiet. We used both the daily service shuttle to get into town and we did the 15 minute walk downhill to get there. A bit steep for us to walk back up, a taxi cost about 12 Euros. If we get back to Verona, we'll also be back to the Relais Fra'Lorenzo

Best venue for our wedding welcome party. The views are amazing of Verona and the staff are so friendly. We booked the bridal suite for our stay of three nights and it was the best service ever. I would not change anything. The staff were there for every need, providing food and water when we needed. The pool was lovely especially in the 40 degree heat! Best service ever
