Love this place, reviews say a bit old fashioned but you have everything you need, couch, tv kitchen, microwave, oven and hob washing machine, all the utensals, shower lovely balcony and in some cases a roof tereace. Pools are lovely, and clean, whole place is pretty, in season they have a resturant open to 5pm and a convienence shop. Love it

On arrival we were shocked to have to pay damage money that had to be paid from our bank ( not held with valid credit card like we always have done ) it was returned day we left via bank refund !!! Room 90 has very large messy palm tree directly outside balcony almost inside balcony ( with no view to high to see over and car park below ) unable to eat out as windy bits from palm tree went in drinks etc ) appartment is well equipped 👍🏽,sofa bed would not be suitable if needed as bed !!! Room had strong sewer smell , on leaving I assumed cleaner would empty bins ,after inspection on leaving was made to go back up and remove rubbish from bins provided !!!!!! Would not stay again,,,

As it was three years ago ( clean and comfortable) with the added attraction of a bar called Antos which is fun with live music etc and a good selection of beers including Guinness! The only problem we had was getting the apartment key from the key safe, very low on the wall and in the dark.

The worst experince renting a touristic apartment we have had in over 30 years. 1. Very unhelpful staff and the manager didn't care at all about customer satisfaction. 2. Terrible strong odor in the apartment that was not possible to get rid of in spite of opening all the windows for a long time. All linen, curtains and towels smelled really badly. 3. Crummy and dark apartment 4. One small air conditioner in the living room that didn't manage to heat in the bedroom the first night so it was ice cold there. 5. The sofa bed in the living room is not usable to sleep in because of holes in the mattress. 6. The pillows are in our opinion really really uncomfortable, way too long and big and only one pillow for 2-3 persons. We will definately stay away from this place here after.

El apartamento esta completo con lavadora y utensilios de cocina, la cama bien, cojin bajo, la pega es que no dan papel higienico ni lavan sabanas ni toallas hasta que te vas y sobre las cucarachas creemos que salen x el desague de la lavadora, no empezaron a salir hasta que no hicimos lavadoras, hay una baldosa suelta y no paran, corren como pedro por su casa. Faltaria mui importante puertas en la terraza porque en un abrir y cerrar de ojos el niño esta en la piscina. Apartamento 102

Tuve una experiencia muy desagradable con los apartamentos Torrelaguna. Me convencieron para cambiar mi reserva de Booking y hacerla directamente con ellos, solo para engañarme y que no pudiera cancelar ni cambiar las fechas. Además, tuve un problema de salud y, a pesar de ello, dijeron que su política no permitía ningún cambio. Tampoco quisieron cambiarme de habitación y fueron extremadamente desagradables en todo momento, poniendo trabas y haciendo todo lo posible para no ayudar. No recomiendo en absoluto este lugar
