This beautiful property is located in a quieter part of Venice, perfect for us, yet only 10 or so minutes walk to all Venice has to offer. Luana’s home is fabulous. On arrival Luana came out to greet us. We entered through a secure gate into a lovely enclosed garden. The welcoming hallway was bright and gave us a hint of what a beautiful place it is. Luana showed us to our room and gave us lots of information on Venice and restaurant recommendations. The room was very large, beautifully decorated and lots of little personal touches like ornaments and books. Everywhere spotlessly clean. The breakfasts were an added bonus for us, fresh fruit cocktail, home baked pastries, toast and cereals. Luana was joined by another lady to help at breakfast, great service and Luana gave even more insight in what to visit and do whilst in Venice. With only 3 rooms, it was very peaceful. Lione the stunning Maine Coon cat made an appearance too. An absolutely wonderful place, and we’d 100% stay again given the chance.

This is one of the nicest homes we have stayed in anywhere in the world and definitely the best in Venice. The location is perfect and you can stroll the streets and not feel smothered by hundreds of tourists but it is also bit far away from the main attractions. Luana is very welcoming and gave us some suggestions for walks and restaurants for our short stay with her. The bedroom was superb - incredibly comfortable beds and clean and luxurious linen. Everything we needed in the room including windows that opened over the canal. They have done a remarkable rebuild / renovation a few years back and the result is a luxurious home with a garden in Venice. I can’t wait to come back but next time it will be for a longer stay.

Everything about our stay here at Cinqueteste was perfect. Luana and Norberto were warm and welcoming. The house and gardens are exquisite and the room with the canal view was simply perfect. We are so grateful for the opportunity to have stayed here. 10/10 recommend

Just returned from a fabulous stay in Venice. What a wonderful place, a stunning building and rooms. The whole place decorated beautifully, with art and books. The garden also beautiful, quiet and lovely to sit in. Luana and Norberto fabulous hosts. Nothing is too much trouble. We were greeted by Norberto at the nearer bridge to ensure we did not get lost. He also escorted us to our restaurant 10 minutes away, which Luana had recommended and booked for us. Luana helped with booking trips and advising on easiest ways to travel. Our room was spacious, clean, lovely superking bed, and fabulous shower. It’s lovely and quiet too. We stayed in a room with a canal view. Staff fab. Breakfast pastries, cakes, croissants, all made there. Fresh fruit with yoghurt. Coffee the best we had all holiday. We walked to the main tourist area which was about 25 minutes away. But we liked this as we could really explore different areas, and found some good bars and restaurants away from tourist areas. When we were leaving and had a spare hour Norberto provided some Prosecco and coffee. We really hope we can return one day. Highly recommend if you want to experience the real Venice, and stay somewhere amazing. Thanks Luana and Norberto.

We stayed August 29- September 1, 2023 and from the minute we arrived enjoyed the beautiful relaxing quiet Luxury suites. We were lost in the rain and a phone call to Luanna and she came to the place we were, with an umbrella walking us 10 minutes back to the Cinqueteste suites. She explained to us how to find our way around. The grounds were more beautiful than the pictures and a wonderful place to relax or enjoy a cocktail in the peace and quiet. We learned about the history of the property and the architecture. Breakfast was served in the dining room because of rain. The breakfast was extensive cereal, fresh fruit salad, yogurt, cake, breads, cookies, juice and the best hot coffee or cappuccino in Venice. Delicious. Our room was spacious, quiet looking out over the canal. The bathroom was spa quality with large towels and all you need to relax. Luanna and Roberto walked us to the water bus stop and helped us with restaurants near the suites then reservations. The food at their suggestions was fabulous. On the way back from the restaurant on our last night we were lost again. Just as I was looking for the right street Roberto stopped at the bottom of the bridge and rescued us. He walked us back to the Cinqueteste suites. The service was excellent, the surroundings relaxing and the room was comfortable with 5 ⭐️ well deserved. We will return to Cinqueteste Luxury Suites and our friends Luanna and Roberto. Ciao Helen and John

If you are planning to visit Venice, this is the place to stay! Don't hesitate for a moment. We booked the Cinqueteste suite and enjoyed views of the canal as well as over the garden area. Very spacious and comfortable, especially for Venice. And extremely well appointed. The pictures are accurate. As nice as it is physically, the hospitality is absolutely over the top! Luana and Norbert are amazing hosts! Every detail was considered. Luana provided a wonderful overview of the area on our first morning. The continental breakfast was so fresh and delicious. We mentioned that we had to leave before breakfast hours one morning, so Luana had a tray sent to our room the evening before to ensure our day started well. One evening we brought a bottle of wine back to enjoy on the loungers in the courtyard. As we settled in, Norbert and Luana appeared with an ice bucket and glasses. But the crowning achievement was making arrangements with the courier to deliver our lost luggage at 9:30 pm on the night before we boarded our cruise. Luana had followed up with the airport and managed to get a key to the courier to ensure that we received our bag! She left a note on our door (since we returned late), and we were able to meet the courier at the scheduled time. The location is great! In a quiet neighborhood just a 5 minute walk from the train station and half-hour walk from St. Mark's Square (according to G-maps and presuming no wrong turns). A great escape from the high traffic areas. Nice bars and restaurants close by. Be sure to flip through the picture book of the transformation from what it was to what it is today. You will admire their incredible workmanship and decorating touch even more.
