파라지나G(Palazzina Grassi)

We have traveled frequently and have stayed at many beautiful, high end hotels throughout the world, but the Palazzina Grassi surpasses them all (and this includes the 5 star Gritti Palace in Venice). From the moment we arrived, until we left, everything was perfect. The staff is professional, efficient, knowledgeable and yet friendly. Whether at the front of house, bartenders, wait staff, cleaners (the place is immaculate), all were fantastic. We took a water taxi to Murano and because there was a boat race on the Grand Canal, the taxi was a far way off; one of the staff accompanied us the entire way to the taxi. Every question was answered with a smile and the entire staff went to great pains to ensure that our vacation was memorable. The room was beautiful! Beds and pillows were so comfortable, the linens and toiletries, sublime. The shower was amazing. The mini bar was incredibly well stocked with a huge variety of excellent nibbles and drinks (because we opted for a jr. suite, the mini bar was gratis). Breakfast is served until noon (unheard of) and the food was excellent. We also had a delicious dinner there our first night. The dining room is gorgeous, as is the entire hotel. We chose a room that had a terrace overlooking the rooftops of Venice which was something out of a picture book, quiet, birds singing— just lovely. We had a most amazing experience. Thank you to all at the Palazzina Grassi. We will most definitely return. I just hope we will be able to get in!

La décoration de la chambre et de la salle de bain à la hauteur d’un 5 étoiles, petits déjeuners et restauration excellents. Service attentionné . Hôtel au calme restant proche tant du Rialto que de la place Saint Marc . Station de vaporetto à 50 mètres de l’ hôtel, accès aisé par taxi boat . Le prix, certes très variable selon les dates, est justifié.

Stylisches kleines feines Hotel mit typischer Philipp Stark Einrichtung. Historisches Gebäude, mit Bootssteg. Zim 118 Deluxe ist sehr schön eingerichtet und hat ein grosses Bad und sehr ruhig mit Gartenblick. Frühstück gut, etwas teuer. Abendessen auch sehr teuer, da lohnt es sich auswärts zu gehen. Bar-Frühstücks-Dinner Raum sehr stylisch. Das Personal sehr aufmerksam. Die Lage perfekt, sehr Zentral. Wir kommen wieder.

Bei Ankunft Sehr freundlicher Empfang. Super Lage am Canale Grande und schickes Design Hotel. Das Superior Zimmer ist auch für Venedig im höheren Preissegment. Das Zimmer ist ausreichend groß und nach dem Design von Phillip Starck eingerichtet, viel Spiegel. Wir haben für 2 Personen und 4 Nöchte einen Schrank, der 42cm breit ist. Sonst gibt es in diesen Zimmern keine!! Weiteren Möglichkeiten das Gepäck unter zu bringen. Wirklich keine! Auch keine Ablagen oder Schubladen oder gar ein Nachtisch wo man zumindest seine Socken unterbringen könnte. Auf Nachfrage wurde mir erklärt, das Phillip Starck dies extra so designed hätte und mehr Platz gäbe es eben nicht. Man zeigte mir dann noch 2Suiten ,it mehr Stauraum und hätte uns auch nur die Hälfte der entstehenden Mehrkosten berechnet ( 500€ pro Nacht extra statt 1000€). Wir haben dann darauf verzichtet. Schade insgesamt. Wir haben dann etwas umgeräumt, bekamen auf Nachfrage weitere 4 Bügel und einen Gaderobenständer gebracht. Der steht jetzt mitten im Zimmer, was das Starck- Design etwas schmälert.

Fantastic hotel with top quality furnishings, design, view of the grand canal and location on the grand canal. The food was good, the staff friendly and the suite amazing. The only complaint is that the evening restaurant messed up our order. So while this is a 5 star hotel, I had to knock off a star for the mistake.

Loved our stay at this hotel. Can’t fault a thing. Decor, staff, service, location. Fantastic. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was unexpected but appreciated! The bed was so comfortable and the room was so well equipped. Fantastic extras including a GHD box (in every room I believe) with hairdryer, straighteners and hairspray for your use. Very nice! Good breakfast and lovely bar area as well.

Outstanding for my first visit to Venice I couldn't have chosen a better hotel, location, food, service and advice where to go. The staff made us feel so special we loved every minute.

A modern hotel with charm, designed by one of the world's best designers, maintaining its 5-star status, fashion, food, and design, but becoming a home after three days of stay. Its staff is wonderful, the food and service are top-notch. The best part? Its central location yet far from all the noise. Plus, who wouldn't want to arrive at the door by boat from the Grand Canal?
