호텔 익스프레스(Hotel Express)

Hotel bom, para quem precisa aguardar para pegar aviao no aeroporto de Cuiabá é bem estratégico tem um café da manhã rasuavel, tem transfer para aeroporto no geral agente pelo valor proposto eu voltaria a me hospedar facilmente.

When I arrived in Cuiaba, I called the hotel for the shuttle bus to pick me up at the airport, the receptionist's communication was terrible! The shuttle bus took too long to come over... After arriving at the hotel I had to take the 4 luggages by myself to my room, the 3 employees from the hotel didn't offer to help me... they rather stayed there and chatted... Upon entering the room, I noticed the dirty bedroom walls... I went to take a shower and the shower faucet fallen off in my hands, it seemed to be broken for a long time... the shower head was very small and old, and very close to the wall, it was not comfortable bathing there; if is not enough, the bathroom drain was clogged, the bathroom floor got all flooded during my shower. The TV was broken, the modem was hung on the wall by the wires.. the worst part is that the mattress and the pillows were very dirty, I found hair and I saw drooling spots on the pillows... I lifted the bed sheet and the mattress was all torn, dirty and stinking... I guess that mattress is about 20 to 30 years old. My bedroom door and the walls were very thin. The cleaning lady and the other hotel guests were slamming all the doors early in the morning. It was so umpleaseant to wake up before the time I planned... I have pictures to prove what I am saying... I don't think ******* should allow Hotel Express to be listed on their website. I will never stay in that dumpster again and I don´t recommend this "hotel" to anybody.

Precisa de mais cuidado com a manutenção, lâmpada de led piscando no corredor, ficamos no apartamento 39, torneira da pia quebrada, ducha precisando de limpeza e regulagem, alguns jatos estão direcionados para o box e azulejos. A janela fica atrás do ar condicionado, no dia da nossa estada estava entrando água na parte traseira do aparelho que escorria pela fiação. Bom café da manhã, precisa de modernização do mobiliário do refeitório, atendentes simpáticos e excelente localização, próximo ao aeroporto e ao Shopping. Bom custo benefício, sem luxo.

Razoável, atendimento na recepção deixou a desejar, foi somente uma pernoite, se fosse mais com certeza cancelaria e trocaria de hotel. O quarto estava limpo porém se nota que os lençóis e cobertores não são lavados a algum tempo, são de reusos, muitos reusos pelo aspecto e cheiro. As toalhas bem velhas e cerdas áspera, acho que áspera por falta de lavagem adequada e não só por se velhas. Uma pena. Só compensou pra mim por conta do translado ao aeroporto e ele fica na frente do aeroporto. Mas eu não hospeda nele mais. Infelizmente. Café fraco e o ar não recriou o quarto.

Hotel muito bem localizado para quem deseja uma pernoite próximo ao aeroporto de Cuiabá. É simples, prático, limpo e possui boa relação custoxbenefício.

Hotel muito bom em custo benefício, colaboradores fantásticos que destaco Paulo e a Evily recepcionistas que com atenção e simpatia atenderam todas as nossas espectativas, depois de dias de viagens cansativa ser bem recebidos no hotel é tudo que necessitamos para um bom descanso. Bem localizado, e pelo custo benefício compensa. Café da manhã simples, mas bom.
