친절하지도, 진실하지도 않습니다. 또 다른 기회처럼 느껴졌습니다. 한 번 완료되었습니다.

이 숙소를 추천하지 않습니다. 매우 더러웠으며, 방에 들어간 지 몇 초 만에 여러 개의 벌레를 발견했습니다. 방에 마우스를 쥐고 있습니다. 사진은 실제 모습과 일치하지 않습니다. 호텔 직원이 호텔 바닥에서 자고 있었습니다. 매우 오해의 소지가 있으므로 숙소의 실제 모습을 반영하도록 사진을 업데이트하세요. 우리는 즉시 다른 호텔로 이동하기 위해 떠났습니다. 추천하지 않습니다.

The Elena Hotel (Dwivedi Palace on Steps) is marvelously located on the Rana Mahal ghat. The view is awesome from the river-facing rooms. Five stars to the STAFF JUST AWSM . They are so helping and courteous. Location is great with a breathtaking view from our room . Food - the taste was amazing just felt like home just need to improve in variety in breakfast . Mr ***oj a very pleasing personality. Pramod was also very humble in showing us and helping us in exploring . Everyone is with a smiling face

We paid for the more expensive suite but were told that hotels/******* had made a mistake. We were told we had been upgraded but the room was disgusting. Dead flies in the window sill. Doors rotten. Wires hanging out of the walls. We changed room twice none were any better. Given the price this is a total rip-off. The hotel doesn’t care because they don’t rely on repeat business. Personally I would stay further out and walk to the Ghats. The breakfast and Wi-Fi were both adequate

The Elena Hotel (Dwivedi Palace on Steps) is marvelously located on the Rana Mahal ghat. The view is awesome from the river-facing rooms. The tariffs are also competitive. The food at the restaurant is also good. But the hotel needs repair. It is badly lacking in the maintenance aspect. The rooms are also not cleaned regularly when tourists are not there. But that is easily taken care of by asking the staff to clean the rooms. The hotel wifi is intermittent. It is often not available, sometimes for the entire day. As mobile network in the ghat areas is not good, this can be a problem. The staff are helpful and courteous. The air-conditioning works fine. PS: Don't visit Varanasi during the summer months. You can catch heatstroke like me.

Horrible. Cockroach and ants in bed. Horrible zero Maintenance. Bedbugs. Ants. Only good view of Ganges.

The terror started when they picked us up from the airport only to tole we had to walk the remainder of distance which we 15 minutes with all our baggage. They said it was due to the festival, however there were tuck tucks going down the road but they wouldn’t get us one. Then we arrived to our room and it was infested with bugs. All over our bed and in the bathroom, on the walls. The door to our room had holes in it where bugs were crawling through on the floor. When we told the front desk staff we were told “it’s because it’s near the river.” The wifi didn’t work in our room, we had to stand outside the room in the outdoor hallway to have wifi. It was the most disgusting hotel I’ve ever seen in my life with faeces on the outdoor hallway on the way to our room. Horrible customer service. Do not stay here.

Location - Fabulous located on Darbhanga ghat on the banks of river Ganga. Close to Dashwamedha ghat where the Ganga Aarti happens. Approach - 4 approaches the toughest one being from the Darbhanga Ghat easiest being from Madanpura Hotel - belongs to the Dwivedi Hotels group of 4 hotels. Can’t say much of the other hotels. Room - Saptarshi Suite is the best due to it location facing the Ganga. Small balcony good to stand and view the Ganga Cleanliness- is decent can’t expect much in smaller hotels like this one Reception - Ajay Vicky very proactive and helpful. Food - THE WORST cook with attitude here. Please avoid meals better to eat dry snacks as food is tasteless. Basic breakfast boiled egg bread butter jam toast fruits cornflake and milk served daily. Only Indian items change. Eggs on order aren’t possible and the cook has no clue to make omelette so pls don’t order. Ketchup is poured to make omelette, fried rice and at times the cook cheats on by scrapping boiled egg as omelette. Please change your cook and his attitude. Plug points - please change the same. One can only charge 1 mobile. Only one point near the bed. Other 2 points are at a height so one needs to carry long cables. The kettle given doesn’t reach any other point except one next to the bed. So massive juggling required. Quilt- suggest hotel to go ECO friendly to avoid change of bed sheets/ quilts and towels instead of having torn ones.
