The system of operation is very bad and unprofessional. Room service is not upto the mark. There is no proper common area to meet guests as they don't allow any guest in the roo. Male or femal. Food quality is also not good. And i don't find any reason to promote this type of hotels for professionals. Who have business visitors

Read one or two negative reviews of this place. Not sure why as it was fine, the problem is some people just want a Holiday Inn rather than something with a bit of Indian charm! Room was well appointed with very comfortable bed, staff were friendly and helpful. Didn’t eat dinner here but the two breakfasts we had were good with plenty of choice. There’s a small western style shopping centre nearby if you need an air conditioned cool off. There’s even a Maccie Ds if you’re craving some western fast food after all your curry 😎. Although no beef of course!

Clean rooms with amenities. Beds could have been a little more comfortable. Breakfast options are good with decent quality

Quiet hotel set in the backstreets of Varanasi away from traffic noise. Standard hotel rooms but with great hot water shower. Small unreliable lift. Staff were all very accommodating and friendly. Buffet style meals ( mostly vegetarian) in restaurant were good quality. Wifi good speed. There is a shopping Mall with convenience store and lots of fast food options ( McDonald’s, KFC, Burger King) about 10mins walk down the main road.

Hot water is not coming on tap and electric kettle is missing in room when i saw at morning time i leave the room

They are a bluff with uploading well furnished luxury room pics while their rooms quality are low. Service is really bad, staff is too rude.

After reading other reviews we were not sure what to expect. But was better than expected. Staff in restaurant were very attentive and the selection of food for breakfast and dinner was good for westerners also. Sure the rooms were tired but perfectly adequate. The location was quiet and there was hot water and fast wifi. Fine for a short budget stay.

We are on a TripADeal , we have stayed at 4 other hotels in the last week so feel we can comment . Dinner last night was inedible, staff had no idea what was going on . Served up chips , cold rice butter chicken ( ordered vegetarian) Dhal was liquid.Waited excessive amount of time , over an hour to get more rice . Breakfast this morning was even worse , 0830 everything was either empty or cold . We have dinner tonight paid for , but will not be going .Staff standing around and when asked to refill , totally ignored request . Returned from busy day 1800 room not cleaned, no toilet paper , water , teabags , towels . Curtain in main bathroom, hideously mouldy , everything is old and tired , feels dirty . Towels are like sandpaper and stained . Would not recommend and tripadeal should not be sending people here .

Ac shuts down suddenly and their staff speaks rudely. Hotel staff charging without informing them. Keeps hidden charge.
