It was terrible experience here to check in. They don't allowed bachelors or unmarried couples. In thi 2023 I don't believe.

Pathetic Service!! At night people be houling and shouting and the ***ager Mr. Pradeep Yadav be like this is normal at 11 pm at night!! Whilst you are at here to workship the temple early morning you can not stay here as these guys will do nothing about the unnecessary noise not by the temple but by the unwanted people and ensure you cannot even get peaceful sleep to wake up for early morning darshan All the more is difficult to find the place, hence avoid this place as it is too difficult to even find the hotel My booking was made online and hence i had no clue about the location but better be mindful before booking. We had booked 3 night stay and reduced it to barely one night n rushed to another hotel at 8 am itself Moreover when asked to ask people to stop shouting for a good sleep the ***ager asked us to checkout at 11pm and did not instead do what is right for all others.. Not a kind of service you would want to go for Also i am not a review person but reviewed this personally with the worst possible experience in any hotel Not advised for ages 50+ also due to the narrow path of more than 800 m from the main road which is also full of shops Deserves -ve stars for their so called service

ABSOLUTELY HORRENDOUS!! They gave me a room that looked a dungeon basement and smelled of mold. Water dripping from the ceiling and NO WIFI THERE. Instead of giving me a better room I had to pay 50% NORE to get a somewhat “sleepable” room. NO AC AT ALL. I will NEVER EVER stay here again. While my train was late I got there at 2am I wasn’t even offered water (I would’ve paid!). Also YOU CANNOT FIND THE PLACE!! I had to pay a taxi; then a bicycle tour guide AND a police officer to help me locate it! And it’s in a very dangerous looking area. I immediately booked a room somewhere else.

Staff shared AC is not working, and refused to cooperate. Could not stay at this place.

I booked this hotel on basis of location close to temple and ghat, was looking good at Google even from station to hotel showing taxi can travel. Then I tried to contact guest house for guidnce but no one picks call and even dont bother to call. when we reached OLA Uber both denied to go there they clearly told this hotel is in very interior. Even a Ricksaw walla argied with me why did you book in such a terrible hotel in the crowd, i shouted at him why he is asking this? He shut up and explained they drop at 1 km away feom Main Nandi square from where we have to walk only in Gali. The Gali is 1meter wide both side shops to avaoid taking questions. With great difficulty I was accompanying my Mother she is a arithritis patient and this guest guy dont pick call to get any guidance. After reaching he has shown a room without AC, without window and no choices, he has AC rooms upstairs but NO lift.... we reached at around 9pm with a sick mom where to find again hotel? He was ready to cancel.... but getting room again is a problem...so we forced to settle in the given room only. Again it was 9 to 9.30 pm so we had not dinner asked for any service to bring food...he denied no such room service available.... Any way next day our flight at 4pm and we are planned to leave as early as possible.... He dis one good thing he arranged wheel chair person to whom we paid 600 for Viswanath temple and inside.... He also promised to come to take out on wheel chair till Auto ricksaw stand... but upon calling he also didnor responded. my point is how these syatems Trip advisor, Make my trip and google are blind to such main servoce providers.... I paid ₹970 while booking but grossly misled by this cartel because while booking it was mentioned AC, TV, Lift and other facilities...I had better choices but it is a great nightmare for me and my Mom. I had to write such a long post because no other gueat to Baba Viswanath should be misled again. Never book by this cartel select any hotel which is at a 2 km away from Temple and call hotel and book directly.

while reaching there through narrow 'famous' streets, we all were cursing who booked this hotel. we were a party of 7 with senior citizens with luggage ( Indian tourist :P ) and reaching here was one hell of a task. though they provided one helper that wasn't enough. Everybody was huffed & puffed when reached here and annoyed, of course. We had booked an AC room, it was on the first floor, the basic room, not completely clean though, as we can see the dust on the desk, but yeah, I can ***age. The same goes for the bathroom. Price- it was not much. Location: yup it was good, 10 min walking to Temple Gate#4, 3 min walking to Meer ghat and 5 min walking to the main road. The reception guy was very helpful, helped us to book the cab to DDU station ( it was a curfew in the night, April 2021). They also have a tie-up with Alka restaurant and we ordered our dinner from there, both days. Food was great, no doubt in that. The only con part is location, otherwise, it's good.
