全包酒店，餐廳的自助餐食物口味與品質都不錯，服務也非常好，酒水也是免費的，晚上還有演唱，推薦推薦，雖然客房設施有點舊，但是性價比非常高了

第一次入住這家全包式酒店，衞生便利且十分靠近海邊，非常符合我們的期待，距離VIAZUL車站8公里，大約十美金。預訂的是早中晚餐全包房型，用餐體驗也很好，煎蛋以及牛排很美味，晚間的活動也很熱鬧，不虛此行！

Non è stata una esperienza rilassante. Partendo dalla reception, Personale scortese. Ci hanno assegnato una camera dove sopra la nostra, ogni mattina, iniziavano i lavori di ristrutturazione. Già dalle otto di mattina si sentiva martellare, usare il flessibile, pezzi di muro o carton gesso cadere e comunicazione ad alta voce tra loro. I lavori proseguono tutta la mattina e parlando poi con la reception, sapendo di questo disguido, ci dicono che proseguono fino alle cinque del pomeriggio. Era impossibile riposarsi con questi rumori ripetitivi e fastidiosi. La doccia pessima. Abbiamo trovato dei vermi sul piatto doccia due volte.Forse veniamo dal piano di sopra a causa delle ristrutturazioni. Pulizia accettabile. Solo dopo aver discusso di questo disguido incominciavano a fare più attenzione sulla pulizia. Servizio a tavolo pessimo. Alcune persone sembravano addirittura infastidite quando chiedevamo un bicchiere d'acqua o un cucchiaio. Una volta ci hanno pure ignorati senza nemmeno portarci da bere una volta seduti. Melia e la peggior esperienza e catena hoteliera che abbia mai provato. Non la sceglierei mai più in futuro, non la consiglio.

Отель семейный, много шумных детей)) относительно новый, шведский стол отличный, много перекусных на территории, номера чистые, обслуживание хорошее, особенно если владеешь испанским, пляж не очень частый, но всё равно красивый. Территория большая, красивая, бассейн большой, но воды по пояс, мелкий. В общем, рекомендую

Just got back from Sol Palmeras, Veradero. We had a great time! I want to thank Arian, Joel, Jose Carlos for making our trip extra special. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The beach was fantastic, the beach was fantastic but also very busy. The food as expected was repetitive and not the greatest but we had no shortages. Clean sheets, everyday, plenty of towels and yes toilet paper.

Back from our 3rd trip to Sol! Staff is AMAZING! We stayed in a bungalow this time and it was quiet and private with lots of space. Always lots to eat at the buffet and the a la carte restaurants are very good 😁 nightly entertainment was always an enjoyed. Beach is so perfect, the sand is so soft! Went snorkeling for the first time and can’t wait to go back and do it again!

I was mislead by the great reviews unfortunately. This resort is 3 stars at best. It is crumbling and although they are making improvements, it will be years before this resort is beautiful again. The bungalows are painfully tired with unstocked bar fridges (only water), but they are clean and spacious. The beach is great, the pool is large and you'll always find beach/pool chairs but the music around the pool is too loud. The food has A LOT of variety, but you'll find the same things every day. The a la carte restaurants are good and easy to book. There is no diet cola anywhere on the resort. Wifi is patchy at best. The animation staff keep guests busy, especially Jorge - he's super friendly. All in all, not a bad place, just rather disappointing.

We spent a week at the Sol Palmeras in Feb 2024. This was our fifth trip to this resort. We continue to return to this resort mainly for the outstanding service and friendly staff. It feel like coming home when you arrive! Check in was fast and efficient (Hola Zuraina!!) We've never been disappointed with food selection here, and this time was no different. Yes, we noticed some changes since our last visit (preCOVID) but there were still plenty of options at the buffet and we were never hungry. The antipasto area is still full of wonderful cheeses, olives, sliced meat, etc. The fish grill is still cooking up fresh, delicious fish. There was also the pasta bar, and meat grill as well as the "featured" item of the evening. Then of course, the self-serve buffet area. We noticed the most changes here. There were no potatoes (mashed, fries, etc) but other options are always available (rice, plantains) and the vegetable selection had fewer choices, but what they did have was well cooked and yummy. If you are considering a trip to the Sol Palmeras, I would most definitely recommend it. The beach is gorgeous, and the staff is the jewel of this resort. Keep an open mind with the buffet and restaurants, and you will not be disappointed! Special shout out to our amigos at the pool bar (Hola José Abilio & Rodolfo!) and the lobby bar (Hola Alain, Sandy, et. al!) for the attentive service, yummy drinks, and all the cappucinos!!
