파우나 호텔(Fauna Hotel)

I like the location of this hotel and the views from the room; however the first room I was given the security safe was broken and was shut, it was locate directly beneath the bed. The reception appeared to know this, when I went back to raise a concern, but still seemed to think that would be acceptable; when I advise them it was not, they did offer me room a floor below with safe that worked and the seas fine. Wifi in the hotel is not great a food in the restaurant was OK, but a little expensive compared to other nearby restaurants.

Not worthy money, the view is great, room was small but comfortable. The site says it has WiFi - it doesn’t- never works. Staff are not friendly, reception staff do not even acknowledge you when you pass. Breakfast is very average, coffee takes an age to come, very basic, not even yogurt on the second morning. It’s the same at night at the restaurant, we popped in for a glass of wine, waited an age for it, such a simple thing to do.

Fauna Hotel is well located within few steps from Reina Victoria elevator. Staff is kind and helpful, they recommend activities and places to eat. Room was comfortable, nice good quality bed, bathroom has a good size too. We got a room with amazing sea view. Restaurant at the hotel has a very beautiful view too and good food for lunch. Cons: Breakfast is really fair and eggs are available upon request and are not well prepared, bread was awful. Very little offer and fruits not looking fresh either. Our room with sea view was extremely noisy

Very cool eco hotel with the best views in the city. Definitely worth spending a bit more for a room with an ocean view. The hotel Room itself is small but comfortable. The entire hotel has a very cool vibe. Well located is a safe historical neighbourhood, and next to one of the main funiculars. The staff is very helpful and friendly. They were great at suggesting things to see and do in town. The hotel restaurant is incredible, with amazing seafood and live music. The breakfasts are the only thing I would suggest could be improved. The breakfasts are completely adequate, but nothing to write home about.

It is a lovely hotel. All new construction, but with warm recycled wood which gives it a charming feel. The rooms are small, the public areas quite pleasant. However, if you have mobility issues make sure you are on the main (top) floor. And if you use a wheel chair, you have to descend 15 steps to get to the front door.

Fauna hotel was an amazing experience in a beautiful location. The rooms are adorable and very clean. The breakfast is delicious and the view from the hotel is extraordinary.

FANTASTIC! The hotel is located in one of the main walking alleys in Valparaíso. The staff was great, gave us advise and were always helpful. They have a great restaurant with a terrace that rounds up the experience. The only thing to consider is that it might not be accesible to people with reduced mobility.

Very unique hotel. Perfect location for walking and discovering the area with graffiti everywhere. The staff are lovely and helpful with heavy luggage. Thankyou Sebastion!!

I loved being at the top of the hill and near fun dining and shopping options! The hotel is very unique and fun and the terrace restaurant has fantastic views! The staff was very friendly as well.
