It is located in the area called "Ciutat Vella" of Valencia. The towers of Quart are only 1 minute walk away, Central Market, town hall square, virgin square 5 minutes away. Bicycles can be stored inside the house or parked at the door since being a low-dwelling, in a pedestrian street, there is no problem.
