위치가 최고예요! 도시의 모든 주요 역사적 랜드마크에서 도보로 5~10분 거리에 있습니다. 셀프 서비스 호스텔에 가깝고, 새로운 편의 시설이 갖춰진 매우 넓은 객실입니다. 세탁기가 있고, 다리미와 다리미판으로 옷을 다림질할 수 있습니다. 유일하게 주의해야 할 점은 리셉션이 오전 9시부터 오후 7시까지만 문을 연다는 것입니다. 그래서 매우 일찍 도착하거나 매우 늦게 도착하면 어떻게 체크인을 할지 잘 모르겠습니다.

Un estudio con todo lo necesario, la sala común es muy linda y espaciosa, a pesar de estar en el centro, el cuarto era un lugar muy tranquilo y se podia dormir perfectamente.

안녕하세요, 저희는 모두 Feten의 펜트하우스 아파트에 머물렀는데 매우 만족했습니다. 아내와 11세, 13세의 두 아들과 함께 여기로 여행했습니다. 루시아는 항상 매우 친절했습니다. 아파트는 구시가지 중심부에 바로 있으며, 타파스 바와 레스토랑이 문 앞에 있습니다. 관광 명소와 레스토랑을 탐험하고 즐긴 후 돌아와서 책을 읽고 넓은 아파트에서 휴식을 취할 수 있었습니다. 아파트는 방음이 매우 잘 되어 있었고, 문과 창문을 닫으면 매우 조용하고 잠들기 쉬웠습니다. 앞으로 다시 방문하고 싶습니다. 고맙습니다, 제리.

The room was amazing. It's an old building converted with high ceilings. It reminded me of an 90s New York loft apartment. It's easy walking distance from the cathedral and the market. The guys on the front desk were really helpful and nice. It's on a busy street with some late night bars, so if you are a very light sleeper this might be an issue. The windows are good and it didn't really bother us. But we are from London so are used to noise. Excellent tapas bar next door

I was in the two bedroom with terrace, the property was fantastic. i was a little worried after reviews about noise and how clean it would be but it was lovely and didn't hear any noise at night. Plenty of room with a lovely terrace for just our use. The bathroom was great and bedroom. One of the best places I've stayed. The one thing that wasn't amazing was the view from terrace but it was still lovely to sit out on in the heat. Would def recommend. Super handy slap bang in the middle of everything too with some great bars and restaurants nearby.

This is an old building beautifully redeveloped into modern apartments. We had a superior double which was clean and renovated in the last 2 years so in great condition. Centrally located in Valencia so you can walk to all the attractions apart from the beach, which is a 15 minute metro ride away. The building has a small reception area staffed during the day, the rest of the time is easy keypad entry.

Our stay here was amazing. Our host was exceptional and went out of his way to help. We checked in and not only did we receive a map and our information but he had provided us with a huge list of restaurants he recommends with details of which of them were in the city/beach and his absolute favourites in bold. He really went above and beyond. Our entire apartment was incredible. The space is huge with everything you could want; dishwasher, washing machine, and microwave. Everywhere was really clean with lots of towels. The television had Netflix and Disney+ to watch. I cannot recommend this place enough.

Modern and central place. Clean, very big, washing machine available. Excellent beds. Easy in-person check in and check out. Excellent service and best value for money. Best hotel (out of 5) that we during our recent trip to Spain.

Heel mooi en schoon appartement met super goed bed en veel luxe als afwas- en wasmachine, Nespresso, microgolf, broodrooster, internet TV.. heel mooie en goede douche. Als we iets ter verbetering zouden kunnen opgeven is iets meer kapstokken voorzien. Locatie is top ! Aanrader !

Abbiamo trascorso alcuni giorni di vacanza in questo appartamento situato proprio nel centro della città vecchia , Barrio del Carmen . Ci siamo trovati davvero benissimo , l’alloggio nuovo e pulitissimo e super accessoriato . Ma la cosa più bella è la posizione . Noi abbiamo affittato delle biciclette per poterci muovere in tutta la città , ma la sera uscivamo a piedi ….. sei a pochi metri dal centro , vicino alla bellissima piazza della Vergine , alla cattedrale del sagro graal e a qualche passo in più dal bellissimo quartiere dello shopping di Rufaza. Consiglio València e anche Fetén

Accueil chaleureux et très professionnel, tres attentionné. Appartement vraiment très spacieux, moderne mais authentique. Très propre : tout semble neuf! La climatisation fonctionne parfaitement. En un mot : tout est parfait. J'y retournerai avec plaisir!
