Perfect location to feel all the advantages of Valencia. Management and stuff were really sweet to me with all my questions (sometimes annoying, sorry) . Thank you, guys, you made my holiday great. Hope to see you next time

Everything was going wonderfully in this charming hotel where we took the duplex room on the ground floor from July 10 to 14, 2022. Until the day before our departure when we noticed the theft of our wallet left in the room to spend a day at the beach. It contained a large sum of money (1000 euros and the equivalent of 200 euros in foreign currency), in addition to credit cards and an identity card. The room does not have a safe. After talking about it with the receptionist who declined any responsibility, we decided to file a complaint. Case to follow

Really happy we chose this hotel. It’s a short walk from both the old town and the Turia Gardens (& metro/tram stations to the airport & beach) but also situated in a quiet street away from the main hustle and bustle. The receptionist spoke perfect English and was super friendly. They are not there all the time but out of hours you use an access code to gain entry. We had a mix of superior and standard rooms; basically the same but the superior rooms are a bit bigger. Bathroom was a good size - great shower! - and very clean. Each room has a mini fridge, open wardrobe & shelves, kettle etc, wine glasses, TV & air conditioning. We could hear some noise from nearby rooms but no street noise when the windows were closed. There’s a free coffee machine on the mezzanine level where you can also sit at one of the small tables to work or chat. Wifi worked well. We loved the roof terrace where we had pre-dinner drinks every night and pretty much had the space all to ourselves. We easily found breakfast and supper options nearby. Good value too. I’d definitely stay there again.

Cleanliness

Ideale ligging tegen de rand van het oude centrum aan. Je loopt binnen 5 minuten naar de kathedraal en aan de andere kant ben je zo in het Turia park. Grote, schone kamer met heerlijke badkamer en goede bedden. En ondanks de centrale ligging, muisstil.

Bonito, elegante y agradable.Un hotel encantador, decorado con buen gusto con instalaciones súper cómodas y que las mantienen impecables. Los colores en los pasillo, Recepcion y ascensor son acertados con un Decoracion estilosa. Las recepcionistas están siempre disponibles, olvidé muy código de acceso llame al teléfono de contacto y la respuesta es inmediata. El conserje está siempre disponible fuera del horario de las recepcionista solicitamos cubiertos y platos para comer una pizza que pedimos para comer en la terraza y todo estuvo más que bien, de categoría todo ! Las noches de verano en la terraza son fantástica

Hotel agradable, en un entorno muy tranquilo, bien comunicado con el centro a pie y con el resto de la ciudad a través de bus. Excelente opción para escapada de fin de semana. El personal de recepción muy atento y amable.

Hotel confortable y tranquilo. Y bien situado . El personal es muy atento y amable. Es sencillo pero la habitación y el colchón muy cómodos hay mucho silencio en las horas de descanso. El centro de Valencia queda muy cerca , terraza con vistas bonitas .

Hotel tranquilo, cama comodísima, confort en la habitación y en el hotel. Con excelente ubicación. Un baño funcional con todos los detalles y una ducha con mucha presión de agua. Personal muy amable, siempre atento a que tu estancia sea lo más agradable y placentera posible. Excelentes vistas desde la relajante terraza solarium. El equipo humano es inmejorable. Un finde genial. Repetiremos.
