Hotel is great but got the worst hospitality by Daniel, he didnt recognize any benefit as a member of the louvre/flavours group that i regularly get in any golden tulip i visit. the benefits were previously confirmed by his colleague some hour before my arrival. He really made us feel uncomfortable, shouldnt treat any guest not even members this way. probably hes not properly trained and up to date with louvre/flavour policies to members.
Hotel is great, the ladies do a great job keeping it clean.
