The hotel is filled with adventure the front office person gives me a form and ask me to fill up all details even after giving a form . He gives me a room 609 were the room service menu is kept but there is no telephone in the room were i can order . This is my third visit but when it was prifde it was different really feel sad about the same .

Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

Great service by staff members especially Kajal, Dipasa and Tanima. Very courteous any supportive. Made the overall experience great and comfortable. Kitchen serves a gourmet cuisine with some really healthy options and rates and quantity are very satisfying. Room sizes could have been slightly bigger, however comes with all the needed amenities. Overall a good experience.

Raj was a really good help..... the food and service ***** with the environment was great....the infrastructure and the management was definitely better than what every other place shows up to be.... definately a good recommendation for future

Sumit gsa housing keeping did an excellent job in taking care of room ,overall the experience was very good and felt very comfortable in stay, Resturant food was amazing and hygiene All the support staffs were very supportive and took good care, i recommend this hotel for business and family stay

From airport transfers to sightseeing excursions, every detail was well-planned and executed, contributing to a hassle-free and enjoyable trip. The tour guide for our Jaipur tour was exceptional. They were knowledgeable about the history, culture, and significance of each attraction we visited. Their passion for the city and its heritage really enhanced our experience. 리리뷰어Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

Visited vadodara first time, and stayed here for around 10 days. I must say the location, the staff, ample parking space, good wifi speed, nice food.. almost everything was nice and good.. It is almost in the main city center, specially evening time was very good when u walk through the alkapuri area. I would give 10/10 for its location. It is one of the best area of vadodara and in the evening it looks so lively. You can commute anywhere within vadodara from here, easy to get auto, cabs etc. Overall nice experience, will surely stay again here. Thanks Best Western... Thanks Vadodara...

1. Location not so satisfy for me . 30 minutes walking from Patan Junction Railway station and around 1 hours walking distance to Rani Ki Vav . It will be Ok if you travel by your own car . Local rickshaw drivers around were greedy and will charge you double if you are foreigner.

MMaha VThe room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.
