The food and the service provided by the hotel were awesome.The staffs were too friendly and co operative.We stayed for 2 days with our friends.The interior of the hotel was too good and attractive.As we entered the hotel the staff welcomed with welcome drinks.Then they took to our respective rooms . The room were well furnished equipped with all electronics goods and better quality internet services.They provided with us all their standard meals. We were specifically recommended by our friend Raju Yadav and Mukesh. Thank you and please do visit with Ur friends and family for the heavenly experience.

Our family of 5 booked 2 executive rooms. The rooms were small in size with very little space to move around. But inT the small space, they provided a wardrobe, chair, elect. Kettle, 4 pillows and 4 small pillows (we felt totally unnecessary in a small room and could have been given on request. ) the toilet was clean. Hot water was provided in a curtailed bathroom. The hotel is close to vadodara railway station and walkable for a light traveller. For those with luggage, autos are available at a flat fare of rs. 50. The room service was good including morning tea. We had dinner at the in-house restaurant and buffet complimentary breakfast. Thinly staffed at dinner time and therefore slow service. Polite and friendly staff made us forget their poor service.

I booked here for 4 nights from 01/14/23 to 01/18/23. However some VERY BAD EXPERIENCES I HAD ARE AS BELOW 1) Stay here if you are used to wake up daily at 5am due to RELIGIOUS PRAYERS. 2) They have a strange rule wherein the breakfast (For which we paid additional amount) is supposed to be consumed all in one go, BUT WHO ON EARTH WOULD HAVE BREAKFAST TWICE ESPECIALLY IF YOU ALREADY HAD ENOUGH IN THE BEGINNING? To My wife who after having her tea went back to room for nature's call, the breakfast incharge said you cannot COME BACK WHICH WAS RIDICULOUS AND HUMILIATING (She faced this on the next day at the breakfast table) 3) Last but not least poor wifi ( Attached pic, I was in room 203) +note that they provide NO WIFI IN LOBBY) My rating - room service 5/5, Breakfast food items 3.5/5, house keeping 4/5), Room rates 3/5

Great service by staff members especially Kajal, Dipasa and Tanima. Very courteous any supportive. Made the overall experience great and comfortable. Kitchen serves a gourmet cuisine with some really healthy options and rates and quantity are very satisfying. Room sizes could have been slightly bigger, however comes with all the needed amenities. Overall a good experience.

호텔방은 지하에 있고 실신하고 이 디자인은 정말 아무도 없습니다... 뷔페 저녁도 괜찮고 아침 식사도 보통이고 공항과 매우 가깝고 차로 15분 거리에 있습니다.

Sumit gsa housing keeping did an excellent job in taking care of room ,overall the experience was very good and felt very comfortable in stay, Resturant food was amazing and hygiene All the support staffs were very supportive and took good care, i recommend this hotel for business and family stay

리리뷰어Had stayed here for a one night business visit. Nice decent property and value for money for its price point. Good location and in the heart of the city. The hotel itself is small with one restraunt. The in room dining food was good but spicy. The breakfast spread was decent but no desserts and cappuccino/latte. Service was great. The toiletries were great. The towels,napkins , and bathroom fittings looked really worned out and old. Pillow covers and quilts also looked a little old. All in all a basic decent property with good price point but do not expect a HILTON standard.

孤孤遊客 Solo expert travelerGood 1. Room was huge . 2. Staff was friendly and helpful 3. Good WiFi and good in house vegetarian restaurant . Not Good 1. Location not so satisfy for me . 30 minutes walking from Patan Junction Railway station and around 1 hours walking distance to Rani Ki Vav . It will be Ok if you travel by your own car . Local rickshaw drivers around were greedy and will charge you double if you are foreigner.

MMaha VThe room is spacious and well maintained. However, the AC seems not cool enough for the room and we had to turn on the fan before sleeping. The lady at the reception desk not suit to be a receptionist, she seems forceful to assist guests' request, can be seen from her facial expression as well :( Other than that, the gentlemen at the reception are helpful and always smiling. The housekeeper are attentive too. 1 thing to improve is the door card lock system. It is discharged every 12 hours and need to forth and bk to the reception desk and also,avoid calling guest in the early morning for any reason. 8am room call just to collect back the iron is not good. Received award as the best business hotel in Vadodara, hence should prepare 1 iron in every room as it is importantly required for every guest.
