Nice hotel good location great lobby and near from Aachen I recommend it

Stayed for 3 nights from 30-2 January 2025. Beautiful hotel, looks stunning from outside when you drive in especially with all Christmas lights on evening time. Free large parking outside hotel. Beautiful reception and corridors. Checked in easy and fast, simple. We’re given room cards and explained where we can find the room. Room was really nice however slight disappointed with no complimentary water in the room. Stayed in lots of different price ranges hotel and this if the first hotel that rooms are not equipped with complimentary water. No choice of tea to chose from in the room - only one tea bag wkth English breakfast tea. Room itself was beautiful however toilet was separated from the shower and was the smallest toilet I have ever seen. If you are claustrophobic you would not like to use it. Stayed previously in cheaper hotels around for New Year’s Eve , last year in Aachen and was surprised with small bottle of champagne in room, chocolate , New Years whishes/ was disappointed not so see any of it here. Even small card with New years whishes would be nice gesture. No small touches to make stay special. Requested for cot bed in room which was to pay extra for 7.50 euros a night. Used breakfast (25 euros per person) on New Year Day which was really nice but again nothing special. No single interaction with staff except showing us a table. Self served buffet with great food selection. If you want to order a room service there is a charge of extra 15 euros just for the food to be delivered to your room. Easy check out but again - was not even asked if we enjoyed our stay only if I needed invoice. Overall beautiful hotel but feels like there is still lots of space for improvement. Customer service was okay but for the price you pay I was expecting more memorable stay and engagement from the staff. Not sure if would stay again.

We had a beautiful room looking into the back garden. Excellent breakfast with plenty of variety. The grounds are amazing with a lovely fountain and walking paths. Great hiking close by. The Main Street is around the corner with nice restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in a comfort room as we were travelling with dogs and were pleased to be given a ground floor room with a small veranda. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a well equipped bathroom and separate shower. I missed having a bathrobe available, as it's not the sort of thing you pack unless you're staying for a week or so. We struggled to order food in English from the app. Breakfast was excellent.

Es la segunda vez que me hospedo en el Hotel y esta vez he ido con mi familia (3 habitaciones), la comida es deliciosa y el personal en el restaurante es súper servicial, siempre atentos y contentos. El personal de recepción por segunda vez frío y no te hacen sentir bien venido (es gente joven, podrían por lo menos sonreír) una pena por que el Hotel es genial!

Zeer teleurstellend,toen we savonds in bad wilde vielen de kranen eraf. Daar voor kregen we een etentje aangeboden,keurig netjes. We moesten voor pattat niet inbegrepen en 2 wijntjes nog 35 euro bij betalen. Toen wij om half 5 even wilde gaan rusten kon dat niet de kamer was nog niet schoongemaakt. Helaas stond de kar met spullen voor onze deur dus er viel niets te rusten. Ontbijt was goed,maar al met al voor zoveel geld had ik er meer van verwacht.
