Premier Inn Uttoxeter

Enjoyed a one night stay at Premier Inn after a long day at Alton Towers. The staff were very welcoming and the rooms were immaculately clean. The restaurant was also very clean and well run and the breakfast selection excellent. The hotel could benefit from a little outside attention and perhaps a refurb of the decor.

Really friendly reception staff that checked me in. Lou and Chloe went above and beyond to find me a room in the main building. Room was clean and spacious and very comfortable. A great experience from start to finish. Would not hesitate to return for another stay. Thank you

Great hotel! Room was spotless and better than expected. The meal deal was great value for money and the food at the hotel restaurant was excellent! Perfect place to stay if you’re visiting Alton Towers! Short drive away from the attraction and the rooms are comfortable and cosy. Perfect after a day out. Restaurant breakfast has lots of options and was great. Would definitely come back.

We stayed here to be 15/20 mins from Alton Towers. Lots of parking spaces and rooms good size, comfy and good price.

Room wasn’t even hoovered! And the fact there were ***** in the tub says it all! very unsatisfactory especially for £100.. ridiculous! Staff were helpful and nice though just a shame it’s ruined by the that and also noise! Weird humming noise all night and curtains that don’t block out the light!

We stayed at the Premier Inn due to its proximity to the racecourse. Check in was fairly quick and easy. Something to look out for is to register your car at check in or you willget a ticket. Room was fairly big, quiet, well provisioned and the bed was comfortable. All in all we had a good night's sleep. Aircon helped. Next morning we went for the buffet breakfast and I have to say it was pretty good. Pleanty of it and it was warm, just what I needed. I would definitely stay again.

A night away for the races with a friend of mine. Really lovely room as they always are. The manager Gemma was really helpful & chatty as was her colleague who was manning the computer. The breakfast was really nice, was good to see a buffet rather than them offering table service regarding the English breakfasts. Excellent customer service from all staff. Thanks for a great stay. Would highly recommend.

The staff were very attentive in both the reception and restaurant. Room was lovely and the food was good both evening and breakfast. A big shout out to Chloe and Lou, they were both very chatting and welcoming. Not like some of the premier inns I’ve stayed at. 100 percent excellent customer service. Thank you both for a lovely stay. Will hopefully see you if I’m round this area again. Highly recommend.
