Serene view, artistic set up. Basic amenities, clean rooms, friendly staff. Best price & Budget friendly for the beautiful view & place. Clean, hygienic, spacious . Food from Oasis was very tasty - a bit expensive though. Well connected to all places in Tapovan. Loved staying here .

We stayed in deluxe room. Room was pretty big and view was good. But would recommend other good places to stay. Service is pathetic. In spite of the hotel situated at good height there is no staff to carry luggage. Room service is too slow and at some point staff gets arrogant. When u call staff to carry the luggage down , he says the why don’t you carry some ! Pathetic service. Here everyone wants money but doesn’t believe in giving that level of service

Perfect!! This place was absolutely amazing. Me and my husband have travelled all around the world and this hotel was heaven. It’s extremely peaceful, the food is amazing and the views are the best in Rishikesh. The staff are absolutely lovely and would do anything for you. We were very sad to leave this mountain oasis!! Incredible.

We stayed in 505..Fithfloor corner room with balcony and huge windows. Room was well maintained and had a 51 inch smart tv, small coolers, electric kettle, and good size toilet. The staff we very helpful. You just need to explain them what all you need and how you want spend time. We used their help in getting scooter on hire, scheduling rafting, flying fox and taxi for drop to Haridwar. MR. Veer , ***ager, is very nice and helpful. Takes care of all your requests; provides tips to get around. Food is good, although little expensive. There are few cafes and restaurants close by. Wifi connectivity is good. If you have elderly member traveling with you, you should request for a room at lower level. Being at the hilltop, the access is steep uphill and high steps. The view from the balcony is superb.

Check Out was very unpleasant, Front Desk staff was very aggressive, not in the right tone. Lokesh was his name. We overslept for sometime, He called on room number, but unable to connect. After sometime he called on my mobile and used sharp language, I asked him to come in room and check phone him self, if we were lying.. Also, AC was not working, Remote was not available. We took best room available on terrace. If it was my hotel, I would have fired him immediately.

SHAMEFUL ! ABSOLUTELY SHAMEFUL !! UNPROFESSIONAL!!! RUDE !!!! SPOILED a well planned HOLI FAMILY VACATION of 13 people.Don't even try to say hello to Mr NITIN who is the rudest and the only person available to talk. Long story short in points so that each one of you can read - 1) booked 5 rooms in advance for 17th March to 20th march 2) kept waiting for them to send me breakfast menu so that they can add the amount in my total bill and then I can pay them 3) after constant reminders didn't got any menu 4) Finally, on 9th March they confirmed me your rooms are not booked after my thousands messages.(Mr NITIN who was extremely rude, didn't even try to understand) 5) finally, they have spoiled our vacation as I haven't booked anywhere else and by NOW everything is sold out. DISRESPECTFUL BEHAVIOUR ! NO EMPATHY AT ALL FOR CUSTOMERS !! RUDE !!! They are not at all to be trusted.

Отличный отель в очень тихом по меркам Ришикеша месте. Чуть на возвышенности, в деревьях. Расположен в небольшом райончике, где несколько отелей, хороший европейский ресторан Swiss garden. С другой стороны, достаточно близко до обоих мостов (расположен ровно посередине). Номера для Индии очень приличные, Подают чистые полотенца! Кровати и подушки удобные. В номере была USB-зарядка прямо в розетке. Выдают две больших бутыли воды. При отеле есть сервис по заказу такси за вменяемые деньги, брал рано утром выезжать в аэропорт. Также предоставляют мотоциклы и скутеры на прокат, брал мотоцикл на несколько дней, цена адекватная. Территория отеля чистая, есть площадка с качелями и хорошим видом на Гангу и горы. Единственный минус - нужно от дороги немного подняться в гору, метров 40. Может быть тяжеловато для некоторых людей.
