Perfect location to travel in and around Amsterdam. Free parking onsite with plenty of spaces! Rooms are great and very clean!

Nice hotel, decent rates, good bathroom, but really just lacking in information. First off, the hotel is in a mall, and there’s no indication of which doors are open after the mall closes and which aren’t. Google Maps is unaware of that, so if you’re relying on that or a similar service to get you back to the hotel, be aware that will not work, and employees will not provide you with useful information about this unless you ask. For the record, I eventually managed to enter via Catharinje Esplanade. Second, maybe it’s because I visited on a holiday, but there was no front desk or room service late at night, which would be totally fine IF that communication were provided. But there was no indication whatsoever that the supposedly 24 hour room service was not actually 24 hours. Again, certainly don’t begrudge employees a night off. But *management* needs to do a much better job communicating what services are or are not available and when. Don’t promise something your employees can’t deliver. If management would just set realistic expectations and provide a little more useful information, this would be a nice hotel.

This was advertised as a four star hotel . It wasn’t . Old and outdated with a musty smell in the halls. Dark and dingy room with no air conditioning. The room and bathroom were full of flies. The fitted sheets were so small that you would wake up every morning lying on the hard mattress. The shower (which was a bath unit with a shower attachment) totally soaked the floor whenever it was switched on and the shower screen wasn’t installed correctly. Breakfast on our first day consisted of a buffet with congealed scrambled egg and a unit which had only 4 slices of bacon . We were also offered chicken sausages which were disgusting . There was no toaster. We stayed for two nights and couldn’t wait to get out of the place . It was depressing .

Beautiful hotel, conveniently located in walking distance of Hoog Catharijnen. Very attentive and welcoming staff, gorgeous bedrooms with comfortable beds. The rooms have complimentary bathrobes and slippers. Breakfast is first class and the dining area is stunning as is the rest of the building. There’s a small pool with a whirlpool and sauna. Everything is clean. There are plenty of towels and shampoo and shower gel available. We stayed for two nights/three days with 5 adults ranging from 20-56 year old.

We enjoyed bowling and drinks on the beautiful terrace on the lake. We didn’t enjoy the mouse walking through the cafe area (they said: we werken er hard aan om deze bezoekjes te bestrijden), we weren’t able to book a late check-out on the day. Also, they added a ‘kredietbeperking’ of 186% if we weren’t to pay the bill within 2 weeks after the stay. Didn’t hear back from the hotel after providing them with the feedback above.

The hotel was having some renovation works done but you would struggle to notice. The work stopped early in the evening and didn’t start again until 07:15 when I was already awake. The room was lovely and dinner in the restaurant was very good. I would recommend staying here!

This was a fantastic hotel, beautifully decorated, clean and comfortable. The restaurant at the hotel was also great. Staff were friendly. Would definitely stay again when visiting the area. It is very close to the bus stop to Utrecht centraal station which connects you to anywhere in the Netherlands allowing us to travel to Amsterdam, Rotterdam and Leiden easily

Amersfoort 근처의 Great Hilton. 객실은 훌륭하고 골프 코스(발코니에서 😎)의 멋진 전망을 제공합니다. 객실은 넓고 현대적인 장식으로 꾸며져 있습니다. 침대는 매우 편안합니다. 아침 식사는 좋으며 (약간 단단한 / 과한 😕 인 스크램블 에그를 제외하고) 레스토랑은 멋진 차가운 느낌을 가지고 있으므로 아침을 시작하는 좋은 방법입니다. 직원들은 정말 도움이됩니다 (나는 내 Adapter를 잊어 버렸고 그들은 나를 위해 하나를 찾았습니다 👍). 호텔은 약간 떨어져 있으므로 차가 필요하지만 은둔은 그것을 아주 좋게 만드는 것입니다 👍
