Rocky is an excellent member of staff. Really happy, friendly and attentive. He really helped to make our stay very pleasant! He was always attending to tasks around the hotel to make the stay really pleasant for guests. Thank you very much! :)

This hotel is set a small way out of Ollantaytumbo, the gateway to The Sacred Valley and the station to Machu Picchu. It is more of a resort than just a hotel set on a large estate with llamas helping to keep the grass short. There are mutiple places to sit in the grounds and enjoy the surrounding countryside. It even has an observatory for looking at the stars. Our room was a short walk from the main building. There are both ramps and steps to make it easier when moving your luggage. Our room was large and comfortable with two king size beds. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was a decent size. The shower is over the bath. There were sufficient sockets for charging devices. Breakfast had a reasonable selection of food. There was no espresso machine, however if you select an americano and remove the cup before the additional water pours in you can almost get one. Dinner has a limited choice which doesn't vary from day to day. The staff are friendly and efficient. The rooms are kept clean. Overall this is a good base for a visit to The Sacred Valley

Very nice hotel. Staff are friendly and courteous. Our room was great and large enough to feel at ease. Views are nice and calming. The bed comfortable and pillows were soft. Great shower space. The two elements that need some work are: 1) Restaurant service was very slow with one person serving during the two day stay. Food is good. 2) Spa is okay and pricey. The person who attended me was in training with little experience. I would explore other properties for what we paid in the future.

We had a lovely stay at the Casa Adina Premium Hotel! The entire area is lovely, with incredible mountain views and cute cabins, where the guests stay at. The place is overall very clean, we loved the breakfast food and its variety. But the best part were the Alpacas! Recommend 100%.

The staff offered us an upgrade for a reasonable price for a duplex suite which we took even just for one night. Lovely hotel, vibrant and modern, with the Peruvian ladies manning their stall of gifts to take home. They also have a spa and gym. Areas to sit out in the sun in the gardens. I didn't enjoy my evening meal, down to me not being overly hungry and not the hotel as breakfast was fabulous. On going through Urubamba, it's not the prettiest and then going up the hill where there is much construction and road works etc but this hotel is an oasis in the back of beyond?

This was the nicest place we stayed at during our week in Peru. The grounds were very pretty. We fed the baby alpacas in the morning. They had other activities but they were at a time when we were out doing other things. The hotel is in an odd location, up a dirt road in the middle of nowhere. We had dinner in the restaurant our first night and drinks and dessert our second night. The dinner was the most expensive meal of our trip. The breakfast buffet was good.

The hotel was great and the grounds were beautiful with alpacas feeding on the lawn in the morning, but what set it apart was the helpfulness of the staff, particularly Ruben, who was there to assist us with anything we needed. Thanks for everything!

Property is in good location to visit Secred Valley. Property has a sense being upscale many years past. Rooms are large and quite comfortable. Bathroom shows sign of very aging and need some upgrades/maintenace. Front desk was not very warm, dining room staff was good, and other staff are good. It has poetential to be an upscale resort with some upgrades and proper maintenance.
