Staffs are very nice and helpful. The room is spacious, clean and warm. We were able to enjoy the sauna which was very relaxing and has no extra fee. The buffet breakfast is outstanding with variety choices of delicious food and they were constantly refilled.

The hotel is old and that can be seen everywhere. In principle nothing special to complain but with the same money you can get a neater environment with similar services. Because of overall worn-out feeling there is a feeling of dirtiness, too. The bed was a bit too soft.

The room smelled wery bad from some kind of camicals they where using to cleen, so hot in the rooms, could not sleep at all bc e4an sounded so high plus the heet. Wold not recomend this hotell, will not return. Sorry

Excellent customer service. The hotel is located only 30 minutes from the Viking Line's car check-in. All services nearby. Clean rooms, friendly staff and excellent breakfast. I highly recommen this hotel.

Excellent hotel with suiteable rooms for seminars, enough parking space, close to railway station, very dog friendly, a joy to bring the dog, nice rooms clean and light colour, nice restaurant with good selection for breakfast.

I Will never come back to this hotel its way better to take a hotel in the city in Sthlm for this prize .. I promise everything was terrible it took 10-15 min before someone came and check me in and why the staff came was only cuz the phone ring they didnt tell me i had to come down and say i wanted they to clean my room im not used to that specially of the prize and she was so mad when i talked to her on the phone and i have been gone 11-16 and no one cleaned my room then the cleaning lady knock on my door when i was eating and asked if i wanted my room cleaned i was so mad and i Said no .. only one day they clean my room if i havent Ask a day before i would have no papper no Towels and stuff and i stayed for 5 days i regret it so much i havent said everything yet this is just the small things..

Staff did not give us a welcome or the slightest smile. Location right by the highway and noise from the traffic. No fridge in room. Below expectation overall. But bed was comfortable and breakfast nice.

More than pleased with this stay. The personal is comitted to their work and very helpful. Excellent breakfast with lots to choose from. Easy to go by train in to Stockholm city in 30 min. Good price on the room.

+ Great staff, cozy lobby, the SPA can be privately booked for free, good breakfast, free parking, close to airport and the city. The room is not so fancy but completely functional. Perfect for family stay.
