모텔 6 헤이워드(Motel 6 Hayward, CA - East Bay)

This place is so filthy. Next to the toilet roll dispenser in the bathroom in room 200 there was visible fecal matter attached to the wall next to the air conditioner on the right side of the front wall. Someone spit on the wall and it was still attached to the wall. The floor was hairy and in the bathroom there were pennies on the floor. The bed was uncomfortable.

The property was nasty and the toilet and tub didn’t work it was stopped up and the room smelled very bad and the bed was uncomfortable

There is a bunch of 20yr old girls who have never been informed or taught to provide Customer Service to the customers......

Good value for the price, but facility is bare bones basic. Water from bath was not quite hot enough for my preference but acceptable in the end and could not get even any local stations on the TV so that's a Zonk... Large property on and even larger lot with a Denny's, McDonald's and gas station so location is convenient. Front Desk is behind a glass window, large notice posted in the office against Human Trafficking, local police regularly parolled the lot during my 12 hour stay and the in-house security guard is armed. All of the above is a good / protective thing but apparently there has or is shady activity that's occurred / occurs more than occasionally but I never felt unsafe. Facility well maintained and staff (including security very helpful and friendly) I'm a single guy out--of-towner on a low budget who just needed a stay overnight to rest up for the 7 hour drive back home Met basic expectations and I would definitely recommend the facility for someone in similar circumstances as mine but for a family / couple / those who want better amenities/a**osphere you'll probably want to lodge elsewhere a few levels up...

The first room had no heat. We were moved to another room and it was dirty. The tub had a ring around it. Floor was dirty

There were sticky smudges on the headboard, there was fire damage on the side table, the heater didn't work, and there were concerning spots on the pillows and sheets.

They told me on the phone I could leave my car there for a while after staying 2 nights because I’m a truck driver and I won’t be back for a while. Then I get there and they said no. I would have to book the hotel with the room empty in order for my car to be parked there which is insane. I would’ve booked another hotel that would’ve charged me $10 a night for parking if they didn’t lie to me over the phone. I did laundry there and someone took my clothes out of the dryer so that they could save $2 so I had wet clothes before going to the truck I had to drive across the country. Grimey people there that don’t have consideration for others.

Nothing good to say except that they have a security guard to patrol the parking lot. Lumpy beds, room had a peculiar stench, night shift receptionist was very unhelpful, had to get key card reset more than once.

Horrible hotel. The room smelled like smoke/cigarettes, the mattress didn’t fit on the box spring, pillows super thin and mattress wasn’t firm. Lots of homeless around or individual that live out of their car but rent room to shower or rest. We stayed in bottom floor and you can hear everything from the room upstairs. Would definitely not recommended. Staff wasn’t friendly and couldn’t find my reservation.
