Beautifu and new location. The staff is extremely friendly and attentive. We originally planned a one night stay and decided to extend it one more night. Location is calm and quite overlooking the Serra da Estrela. The location is a short and beautiful drive to Fundão and Covilhã. Highly recommend this location . You will not be disappointed.

Um Hotel com excelente aparência, numa região lindíssima, com empregados esforçados, mas com deficiências técnicas complicadas que coloca o conforto e a segurança em causa. O quadro eléctrico está sempre a ir abaixo ao longo de um jantar, que acabou por ser servido frio, com um elevador que deveria estar fora de serviço devido a esta instabilidade eléctrica. A sala de refeições fria, e sem possibilidades de ligar o AC, por causa da questão eléctrica. Precisam de rever urgentemente as instalações.

Fomos almoçar, reservamos previamente. Serviço muito lento (éramos 3 e os únicos na sala). A comida -truta com migas de ovas a tagliatelle de cogumelos - com excesso de gordura e praticamente sem sabor. A sopa de truta estava agradável. Experiência a não repetir.
