I selected to stay at this hotel again after my last time to stay here was a great experience. Unfortunately, today is not a good experience and I think I won’t come back and I do not recommend this hotel to my friend too. I was checked in at 1.00 pm. The front staff informed me that normal they allow to check in at 2.00 pm but today she will allow me to check in early. Unfortunately, after a few minutes she informed me that she has to change to room due to the room that gave to me has a problem about the toilet. Fortunately, that I did not unpack my bag yet. The excited and bad experience happened after I slept since 21.00 pm. I had to woke up since 23.00 pm due to the guest at room 310 making a loud noise al the time. I tried my best to be patient with it. Then at 00.10 am. I had to work up again from the noise from room 310. Then I made a call to night front office staff to inform 310 for decreasing their voice. However, till 00.25 am the room 310 still made a loud noise thus I called to the front staff again, but the noise was not decrease. That means the night staff did not know how to manage the guest who disturb other and did not know how to solve the problem. This is very bad that the staff allow another guest to disturb the resting time of other guests. Then the staff did not know how to solve the problem for me. I have to manage the loud noise by myself which turn on TV with the maximum noise at 100 due to I already work up and can’t not sleep anymore. I have to work up at night and can’t not sleep any more due to the poor training and unprofessional staff that don’t know how to manage the situation with noisy customers. I could not imagine in case it has an incident happen at this hotel how could the staff help and assist the customers. If you would like to stay in a nice hotel and proper professional handling of customer service, I think Brown House Hotel is not the right place to stay. I would not recommend this hotel to my friend and this will be my last time to stay her.
