The rooms are well spacious and property is well maintained Had dinner at Sheesh Mahal and the staff was really welcoming and professional. Pankaj, Gaurav, Anil and Shams gave us the best culinary experience They took care of our needs and were a great help and made our experience heavenly If at Udaipur this hotel is a must.!

Chef Deepak Kumar and servers Gurav and Kourpal were excellent. We thoroughly enjoyed both the food and the service, and the atmosphere was phenomenal! I highly recommend this place, especially if you are celebrating an anniversary or a birthday. Even better, consider staying at the hotel. The rooms and views are top-notch, and the nighttime ambiance is incredibly ro***tic.

Amazing setting, breath taking view of the the lake palace, city palace and jag ***dir palace. One of the most beautiful scene. The hotel is itself magical and one can wander in its gardens before getting to the table. The service was just 5 stars, special thanks to Gaurav Deepak who took good care of us.

While the standards of the Leela group of hotels are extremely high…if possible this property in its privileged position ***** Udaipur’s magnificent lakefront ***ages to surpass them. All access is by water and as you approach in a barq as royal as Cleopatra’s you are welcomed by live musicians, flower garlands and the snap team of butlers like Name of the people who were included Kanishk and Reshabh and are whisked to lodgings of otherworldly luxury and beauty - ***y with balconies and lake views. Under the able direction of Abhishek ***oj Singh, director of rooms, every detail is finely curated from having a button replaced to finding a nightly in-room amenity far beyond the ordinary. In my case it was a delicious cake decorated with the logo of my company! Unbelievable! A special mention also merited by the food and beverage outlets. The gorgeous Library Bar exudes the air of the Raj but updated with signature cocktails and a full range of locally sourced Indian scotches and gins. The setting of the specialty Indian restaurant, the Sheesh Majal, is as magnificent directly on the water, as the food itself. A beautiful spa and heard pool top of the offerings of this paradisal property.

Everything was most than perfect at this sublime hotel palace. The decoration, the room, the ambiance, the food. The services of Kyle , Reshab, Sohail and Krishan have been particularly appreciated. They have all a so big experience in handling clients VIP

AMAZING!!!! I travel a lot but I must say this palace is absolutely breathtaking in every sense . From the scenery to top notch hospitality . We came from the Leela palace in New Delhi and decided to head to udaipur and as soon as our arrival everyone was sooo helpful and a mini parade was awaiting , they surprised us with an upgrade room to a huge 1 bedroom suite with a personal butler and a lovely view of the the river . Stayed during Diwali so I can see alllll the fireworks from our bedroom . I have to give a shoutout to Neeraj he was absolutely the best and the rest of the bar and wait staff , well everyone was great !!! First time in India and the food here made me truly fall in love with Indian food and just everything in general . Loved it so much we decided to stay a few days longer. I will definitely be back ❤️

Perfect place to be with family. Loved the hospitality, the restaurants and Spa. Food is just Ok. Not too good. Served same breakfast both the days. Even the Buffet Dinner was not at all good. Well bill hotel, less activity for kids. Travelled in January month.
