We booked a Suite room for 3 people, for 3 days. Before our arrival, we received a WhatsApp text saying that we had to pay 40% of the bill by bank wire. However, in Booking wzs written that no pre-payment was needed. There are ***y frauds on Booking, so we didn't pay. And didn't understand at all why we were being ask to pay now, during our travel. When we arrived, we discovered that the room was made for 2 people only. The staff finally came with an extra bed, but forgot bedsheet and a pillow, then we had to call them again for one more bath towel (which arrived wet and we had to change it again), then again for a 3rd cup. Also, the room was really dirty. We called right away the housekeeping because we found dry food on the floor. Hair in the bathroom, bedsheet with stains and holes. We had to removed the 2 carpets has they were totally discusting! We noticed no hangers at all for our clothes in the closets, we had to ask them one more time to come again. All of this was tiring! During the 3 days, the wifi was not working at all and no solution was proposed, like sharing internet by cellphone. It worked again the last day evening, only. Because of that, we had to pay some more expensive restaurants than the street food, to have access to wifi. And that situation made everything complicated. To contact our driver, guide and get directions. We then ask the front desk for a citymap. But the guy was totally helpless. Je couldn't find one. In a hotel? Really?! At the checkout , we explained again that we were not happy at all with the service and the room. We received no excuses, no discount, nothing! Even to see a ***ager was impossible. We had to pay for something not correct. Not like the description in ***********. They even made us pay for our 3 teas. Seriously! Couldn't you at least offer them? It would have been the minimum! We had a bad time in this hotel and the staff is totally helpless and not friendly. I don't recom***d this place at all!!!
