Excellent experience at The Lavitra, Udaipur. Staff is very cooperative and smiling face. Breakfast was very tasty. Location of the hotel is very close to all the major sightseeing. The hotel is very systematic. Staff is very much helpful n guide you to all the nearby places. Very peaceful location to stay.

Was undoubtedly the worst hotel that I have stayed in. Claimed to have 24 hrs running hot water. But out of the 4 nights that we have stayed, we didnt get running hot water for a single day in the morning. Had to make numerous calls to the reception after which they used to bring hot water in buckets & because of their delays, everyday somebody had to use electric kettle to heat water. Extra bed mattress had no sponge in it & was changed after repeated complains. Food was ok but housekeeping deserves a big zero. It was a prepaid booking so I had no option to change.

The hotel is a heritage hotel with a nice decor. We had a nice comfortable AC room with all the amnesties. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The hotel provides a good view of the Fathehsagar lake from the terrace. Would definitely recommend this hotel for stay at Udaipur.

Decent hotel renovated from a Heritage building in Udaipur. Good location, parking available. Rooms quite spacious although the bathrooms could do with some renovation. Food is decent although limited in variety. Staff of hotel are very helpful. Downside is that there is no elevator available and hence access to upper floors is difficult for senior citizens.

Breakfast had over ripened bananas, poor breakfast options, basic coffee tea cups had to be reminded to be given were not done as routine. No desserts unless asked even in free dinner. Wifi also did not work

Best rates hotel of lakecity lavitra , we recommend everyone to stay in our hotel and enjoy the peaceful rejuvenating atmosphere of the hotel. Must visit once in lakecity The Lavitra Hotel. The food is very tasty and it creates a great vibes with near fatehsagar lake . 💜

A pathetic and disgusting place Don't go with the pictures .Its a sham.Guy at the reception Mr.Laal Singh is a joker and a disgusting fellow ,making fool of everyone.This place is hell . Do good to yourself by not booking this low standard place .

The hotel is shoddy at best. It’s not maintained at all, our rooms had stained bed sheets, dirty toilets, the lampshade was literally smashed, and looked nothing like what was shown in pictures - which I’m assuming were taken when the hotel was first opened and there has clearly been no upkeep done since. The hotel itself is not maintained. The walls are littered with pan stains, they’re dirty, unkempt and unhygienic. We had paid for our booking (4 nights, 2 rooms) in advance and had to go through a lot of trouble and fighting to get even half (technically less than) refunded. The property is a health hazard and I wouldn’t recommend it to anyone at all.
