화이트 시티 리조트 호텔(White City Resort Hotel - Ultra All Inclusive)

호텔 영토는 매우 훌륭하고 크고 편안합니다. 호텔에는 현대적인 시설과 어린이 오락 시설이 있습니다. 불행히도 호텔 서비스는 최악 중 하나이며 음식은 깨끗하지 않으며 접시와 숟가락에는 항상 먼지 나 음식이 남아 있습니다. 거의 각 접시에서 머리카락이나 무언가를 잡을 수 있습니다. 레스토랑과 바에서 일할 직원이 충분하지 않습니다. 따라서 직원들은 과부하가 걸리고 도움을 줄 마음이 들지 않습니다. 음식에는 좋은 제품이 있지만 좋은 맛이 없습니다(좋은 족장에 투자해야 함). 관리가 제대로 되지 않고 일하는 사람들에게 투자를 하지 않아 이 멋진 호텔과 시설이 훼손되는 것에 대해 정말 유감스럽게 생각합니다.

Все отлично! Приятно было отдыхать в этом отеле. Единственное, непонятно, почему посуда, как будто не домыта.

We stayed in the hotel 2 weeks in May, 2 adults and a child. The hotel itself is very nice, rooms are decent size, grounds lovely. Everything is clean. We had lovely cleaning lady named Kadrie, always looked well after us. Most of the staff is lovely and they try the best to help you even tho english won't be their strong language. A lot of google translate has to be used , but it didn't really bother us. We had turkish bath and lovely massage in the hotel and as always got a list of treatments we should do, we said that we will think about it and that was it. Never got hassled again which was nice. Daughter had braids done in the hairdressers, I'm not really recommending it, to be honest I could do better job. The entertainment is good, our daughter loved mini disco and kids club. She really liked Lisa from kids club, she's very good with kids. Now slowly to negatives: during our stay unfortunately I had a small accident where I shut my fingers very badly, they were very swollen and bleeding and staff had no clue about first aid. I'm trained as first responder so I had to say what I needed to get the swelling/ bruising down a bit. Another negative is unfortunately food. For breakfast there is big selection of food but a lot of it is not really breakfast type. My daughter loves Pancakes she was taking them every day. Out of 14 days only once she had properly cooked pancake. Other times was uncooked inside. Same with eggs, I like runny eggs, but they were still half raw. We did ask for cooking them on both sides and that way they were good to eat. Lunches were the biggest disappointment, food always cold, luke warm at it best. And again have to check every piece of meat as a lot is undercooked. We did spoke to guest relations about it as we felt a lot of food is being wasted but didn't seem to make much of a difference. From speaking to other people everyone had same experience. Dinners were best of all 3 meals. We always went as soon as it opened at 7and always found something to eat which was still warm so not bad. We did go once to alacart restaurant, it was the biggest disappointment of the holiday. The starters were already an the table( not sure how long , but looked old) so we didn't touch them. And as for main our daughter got her main course and started to eat it, after while we asked waiter where is our dinner and we were told that chef serves first kids then adults. Makes absolutely no sense, because we are family and like to eat our meals together. And again food was not great. We did notice day before leaving that there was more checks on food, temperature etc. So maybe it's work in progress. Because if the food will be better the hotel will be really great. We had a lovely holiday and feel rested afterwards but we did all look forward to a nice hot homemade meal. Would we return? If the food improves yes, otherwise unfortunately no.

Just come back from White City after spending 10 nights here. Hotel is absolutely perfect. Staff are friendly bar staff staff in the restaurant the pool bar, beach bar all amazing. Food is hit and miss in the restaurant chicken nuggets at breakfast but lacked that sort of English foods at dinner and tea. My son Litrally ate pancakes and chips for 10 days. I enjoyed the food as I am not fussy. Drinks are brilliant cokctails beers spirits all a great range of choice and the cocktails are lovely. The coffee and cake bar is unreal the cakes and the iced coffee’s are beautiful. Starbucks also loved it. The al La carte restaurant is lovely you must book in if you can do. We was lucky and the food was beautiful. Was like eating out in a fancy restaurant. Was such a nice night. The beach bar was brilliant served food in the afternoon which has more variety. Cleaners were in pretty much everyday day changing towels and tidying around. A couple of things which could make the place the perfect hotel. The massage guy does nothing but harass you to have a massage. Every time I took my towels back he was there. Then coming around the pool constantly wanting you to get a massage got annoying and made me not want to get towels. The entertainment staff not all just two of them. We met them on our first day all lovely trying to interact getting you to do activities which is great. We didn’t get into our hotel room until 4.30 am that morning. So we was tired and didn’t want to do anything apart from relax. I got told I was boring!! Think it’s a bit rude considering some of us come on holiday to relax as we have really stressful jobs. After that he didn’t even talk to us for the rest of the holiday and neither did anyone else apart from the girls. The lads litrally are around young woman and that’s all they are interested in. No interaction with children!! Reception staff mostly were lovely. Some had difficulty understanding English when I went to report my fridge not working. 10 days we had no fridge and a really bad smell coming from it! We also had a phone call after having 3 hours sleep after getting in the hotel. It was our so called holiday Rep!! Wanting to meet at 10 am. I said no as he had woke us up but arranged to meet at 12. Had a letter posted under my door to say it was important and had I formation about our departure home after just getting there. Anyway we wwnt to meet and he wasn’t our holiday Rep he was just selling trips. We wanted to do two trips whilst we was there but obviously needed time to decide where we wanted to go. He was trying to be very pressuring. I understand that they have a job and need to make money. It’s annoying pushing and pushing it on you. Don’t buy trips from him. Juts outside of the hotel there is a shop where you can book trips. He is a lot cheaper. The hotel is perfect and we would stay here again it’s got everything you need and actually miss it now we are home apart from those little negatives Love White City.

The staff was kind and generous with the questions I asked. The food was OUTSTANDING, beautiful to the eye and to the taste. One of the best buffet I have ever seen and tasted. The view was amazing and the room was so clean. I will definitely come again

We were in this hotel for 1 week, everything was perfect. We joined to every activity near pool,parties,and evening shows. The best one was Columbia and White party. Aslo we were 2 times in the foam party👍🏼 The rooms in hotel are new,and very clean. Food also good,you can choose whatever you want. We did like the pool with slides,the best one) We will come again 100%

The hotel is ABSOLUTELY PERECT!!! I totally recommend it. Very great food, friendly staff and fun atmosphere. Snacks and drinks at every step, it is impossible not to enjoy your stay here. Also the main pool is big but you also have an infinity pool and private beach if you need to go somewhere quiet

Where do l start, got to hotel at 5am, really tired, went to room could not sleep because air conditioning not working, paper thin walls and very noisy, food was bland and cold most of the time, nobody speaks English, you can't complain because they can't understand you, if l was you, I wouldn't waste your time or money. They cater for Russian and German people.

Great food, good selection - especially like the barbecue. Drinks are good, although the also have an ‘extra’ (paid) section of the bar, but this hasn’t affected the overall experience. Good entertainment as well, something is on every day. Staff are very friendly and are always happy to help. If you are going as an 18-25 year old, they offer club nights with transport, although this is paid. The area around is good for shopping (for your ‘luxury’ items 😉), but no clubs/bars.
