Good location, staff friendly, clean environment and amenities very efficient with good and quality services

Ottima colazione. Staff cortese. Parcheggio pubblico nelle vicinanze abbastanza facile da trovare. In circa 15/20 minuti si raggiunge il centro di Torino in automobile. Pulizia ben fatta nella stanza. Uniche pecche: il bagno un po’ datato sarebbe da ristrutturare e l’ascensore un po’ rumoroso

Very good chamber and service the the room was very clean and the beds was really soft and comfortable there was a coffee machine in the room and the heating system works very well and the breakfast was excellent 👌I really recommended this hotel.

Staff couldn’t do enough and were so helpful - needed more pillows and this was provided no problem. Left luggage for arrive day and leaving day - no problem. Needed a taxi or some information - no problem. Great selection at breakfast and plenty of it. Room was cleaned / beds made / towels etc daily. Close to reliable public transport - tram line 4 got us straight into the centre very easily. Perfect location. Only negatives would be that the beds are super hard so not great on my back. The road outside is very noisy (especially in the mornings) but they do provide ear plugs. Coffee/tea wasn’t replenished during stay. Room was very hot and even through trying could not work out how to cool it down so just opened balcony door for a bit to let air in.

Very clean and decent breakfast. Easy access into Turino and lots of eateries nearby. Lovely bar next door. Staff very obliging. It's not the prettiest of areas, but this hotel is very good value for money.

The staff are very welcoming, the rooms are good and equipped, the breakfast is also good. The only inconvenience is the distance between the hotel and the city Center. But it’s not a problem since the the public transport is available and you can get it in front of the hotel.

Nice and tidy rooms and eating area. Very friendly and helpful staff on the front desk who booked us taxis. However the room air conditioning only goes down to 20C which meant it was still very warm!

On the positive side is the above average breakfast, a comfortable big size bed, black out curtains and even a roller blinder. Also a fridge was available in the room and a reasonable size TV. A helpful and considerate staff. On the negative one, there was quite some noise from the street and sometimes from the corridor because of the poor sound proof. In my bathroom was a lot of cigarette smoke, during all 3 days, coming from the room below, I think. Poor internet connection from the wifi and also form the mobile because of the thick walls. There was a missing door between the room and the lobby which may have isolated the noise from the corridor better and the smoke from the bathroom. The room needs an immediate painting and renovation.
