호텔 카이로(Green Class Hotel Gran Torino)

The hotel was nice and super clean, well situated, close to transport. The only problem is that they put the heat up really high. Looks like it’s a common heater for all rooms. We had about 40°C in our room and the bathroom. We asked to the front desk clerk if they could turn it off. They said they would but they didn’t. He had to sleep half naked and with both windows open because it was extremely hot inside the room. At the end of March I think it’s a little too much.

I stayed at this hotel for a week in June, and the customer service really stands out from the rest. The staff is available and equally positive regardless of the time of day. I was a little unlucky with the AC in my room and had to change rooms initially, but the AC still didn't work there. A girl from the front desk came over several times and stayed until she made sure the problem was solved. On our early morning flight home, the receptionist on occasion helped us with a taxi during the night. He made sure we got coffee and breakfast to take away, even though we only had a few minutes before the taxi arrived. They helped us a lot with great advices for restaurants nearby as well. I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything was just perfect. The staff was friendly, very accomodating. The property was always kept clean. The breakfast variety was great, we had many choices to pick. The only down is that no basic toiletry was in the room, we needed to go and get shampoo and body wash. Other than that everything was great. Will recomend this hotel

We stayed at this hotel through our Smartbox gift. We received a one-night hotel stay for 2, but wanted to stay as a family instead. the hotel was wonderful about upgrading our room for a nominal fee. The staff were friendly, the room was clean and had comfortable beds, and the breakfast was wonderful. The hotel is incredibly kid-friendly. They even have a drawing table for kids in the breakfast room. I would definitely stay here again if we return to Turin.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura, e devo dire che la camera era pulitissima, in ordine , la struttura molto bella e silenziosa, la colazione perfetta dal dolce al salato, il personale molto professionale ed educato. Consiglio veramente

Camere calde pulite . Molto minimal e forse un po' piccole, così come il bagno. Posizione lontano dal centro. Difficoltà di parcheggio nei pressi. Assenza di ristorante così come nelle vie adiacente. Il più vicino a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi

Ottima esperienza.Personale gentile.Camere pulite.Consigliatissimo.Comodo x arrivare in centro.Che dire quando torno a Torino scelgo senza dubbio questo albergo. Bravissimi in tutto colazione ottima , vasta varietà di ottimi dolci.
