Postales Boutique Winery Hotel - Valle de Uco

Postales Boutique Hotel is quite different from other vineyard hotels nestled in the Andean foothills which have stony and andeluvial sand terroir and subalpine flora This estate is very verdant with rich green grass and many tree species The hotel itself results from restoration of a derelict house and then they extended by building a series of cottage like rooms which creates a rustic rather than modern luxury feel However the rooms are spacious with all the amenities and facilities you need and importantly a comfortable bed. The estate itself is called Finca del Nunca Jamas to incorporate a boutique winery.The wines are too young at the moment - the vines are young and the barrel time is short so the reds have quite a lot of tannin and at the same time they have a limited shelf life.However rose (malbec)and sauvignon blanc are OK Saturday and Sunday lunch is at the winery restaurant itself and not the hotel and is an excellent three course menu at 3100 pesos with unlimited wine.Friday evening again at winery is beef on the carcass on open fire pit.I found the meat this way tough and sinewy and too cooked On the other hand breakfasts were superb and healthy apart from white bread.Some fresh brown bread would help A special thanks to Florencia Regina Mayra and Christian all modest engaging helpful staff who all spoke English

We loved this place due to its simplicity, peaceful environment and excellent service. The breakfast and the dinner were exceptional! I tried the best "sorrentinos" with butter and lemon sauce ever! So carefully served, with attention to details and with a caring approach from all the staff. The hotel is strategically located , close to several of the best vineyards in Valle de Uco. Definitely I would like to come back in summer to see a different landscape of the trees and vineyards!

Gran lugar con un servicio espectacular de Alejandro, Valeria, Alan, todos te apoyan en todo momento para llevarte por la mejor experiencia en la zona, las habitaciones con camas muy confortables, comida deliciosa y vinos increíbles a pie de los andes magnifica vista. Seguro volveré.

Llegamos al hotel para pasar una semana en Mendoza con dos matrimonios amigos y todos quedamos absolutamente deleitados con este lugar. La experiencia de atención de los huéspedes fue excelente , cordial , cuidadosa de cada detalle para nuestro confort. Tanto el desayuno como la cena superaron ampliamente nuestras experiencias con sabores deliciosos, distintos y presentados con celosa perfección. Abrir la puerta de la habilitación y ver la plantación del viñedo y la cordillera por detrás fue maravilloso.

Muy lindo lugar, un hotel en una casa de campo vieja, muy bien acondicionada. La comida y los desayunos son de primera. Sólo deberían mejorar algunos pequeños detalles. En nuestra habitación la cortina roller estaba rota y había que subirla a mano, faltaba algún mueble donde apoyar el equipaje, y algún cesto de residuos para las cosas reciclables (sólo había uno chiquito en el baño para todo). Por lo demás, el predio es lindísimo y la visita a la bodega muy interesante. La atención de los chicos que están a cargo de lugar, muy buena, todos muy jóvenes y con buena onda.

El lugar es formidable, salir de la habitación y ver los viñedos. La cata en bodega dada x Alan muy enriquecedora, la cena EXQUISITA , y la atención de Alejandro, que movió fechas atentisimamente SOBRESALIENTE, hizo que ya arrancaramos esta estadía perfecta
