Catalonia Royal Tulum Beach & Spa Resort Adults Only - All Inclusive

This is an old hotel,(20+ years) need a lot of attention in their facilities, never been in a hotel where all inclusive is not included, We ask for beer and wine to our room and Jair told us to come and get it . They do have a 24 room service. No A/c in common areas, so it make a little uncomfortable, the tv it was as old and small , II couldn’t believe the heat in the hotel. Other the the people or front desk they were Awsome

Tres bel hotel resort, avec de très bons restaurants et un service au petits soins. Les chambres sont spacieuses et la plage est magnifique.

Hotel could use some renovations for sure, however my stay there was great, the staff was friendly and excellent, Beach is amazing and swimming friendly, buffet in the mornings was good, dinner at the buffet was good, dinner at the Toscana and the Grille was excellent (those were the only 2 I ate at). Restaurant and cleaning staff were awesome. Drinks at the beach were plentiful (thanks to beautiful Isabella, she’s a sweetheart). They all make an effort to remember your name and what you drink (huge bonus).the Front desk ladies and bell hops are quick, friendly and on the ball.

10/10! Amazing hotel, wonderful beach, jungle, nice restaurants. Although there could be more vegetarian/vegan dishes to chose from in the restaurants.

Beautiful location, very convenient. Upgrading to privileged was beneficial to go to Bloved but the spa experience was lackluster. Clean environment, bartender was great, the Grill was ok- Rauxa was SOO Fun and tuna was great, the Italian food place was awful. Everything we got at Bloved was great.

Beautiful smaller resort. Top notch service and great food options. The beach is amazing and the rooms are nice and clean. Highly recommend.

Wonderful and friendly staff. All areas of the resort were kept clean and ready for use. The food we tried was delicious at the various restaurants. The rooms were well kept and cleaned daily if you choose. Snacks and drinks in room were restocked daily when the room is cleaned. The A/C was a little squirrely and seemed to be going out but still cooled ok. It could use at least one bright light option, as the lights were all dim. The late night room service menu left a little to be desired. All minimal things in grand scheme. All in all, had a wonderful time and plan on visiting again.

The resort was beautiful, quiet, clean and hot a wonderful beach. The wildlife was tremendous. I did not enjoy all the smoking all over the resort. Must be a European thing. Otherwise the place was wonderful...

This location was better than I expected. The resort wasn’t oversized and full of drunk and loud people. Staff was accommodating and the food was very good. I will return.
