공항 픽업 비용을 지불했는데 아무도 나타나지 않았고, 받아야 할 환불도 받지 못했습니다. 아무도 내 환불을 도와주려고 하지 않았고, 누구도 도와주려고 하지 않았습니다. 나는 결코 이 리조트 체인에 묵거나 다른 사람에게 추천하지 않을 것입니다.

재산은 훌륭했습니다. ******* 반면에 섬인 Cozumel로 우리를 날아갔습니다. 칸쿤 공항의 절반 거리에 있기 때문이라고 하더라고요. 운송에는 두 배의 시간과 두 배 이상의 시간이 소요됩니다. 부끄럽습니다 ******* 그들이 더 잘 알아야 합니다.

직원들은 훌륭하고 매우 친절하며 도움이 되었습니다. 많은 활동이 있었고 음식은 맛있었습니다 !!

Very clean, staff friendly, although the hotel was recently reno climate does damage to the property like corrosion in showers and lifted off paint due to high humidity. Towels and room were clean every single day. If something was missing the staff was quick to react. Lots of food choices slightly lack of seasoning and diluted or over sweetened juices but overall we ate very well. Best resort for families with kids.

The good: the resort is gorgeous, there are great activities, lots of restaurants, the beach is immaculate. The bad: the rooms are extremely limited in amenities. Lots of small things that add up to minor irritations. They don't provide ANY washcloths, lotions, etc. There is a dispenser for shampoo/conditioner/shower gel in the showers. But that's pretty much all they provide so you are washing your body with hand towels. It's not a huge deal, just weird. You can’t get anything like razors at the hotel lobby shop – which is CRAZY expense ($20 for a bag of chips, $30 for sunscreen) – you have to work down the road to a pharmacy so make sure you have what you need before you leave. Also, the paths that lead to the rooms, pools, and restaurants? They are narrow and you CONSTANTLY have to move off them because every ten seconds there are maintenance trucks, resort shuttles, and maintenance bicycles and mopeds driving around. You get one a certain amount of sit down ‘restaurant’ reservation per stay length but it’s very difficult to actually make the reservation – they are limited in the number of people they take per night. The buffet food is fine, not great, but it gets the job done. There are also a number of pool-side snack bars and walk-up restaurants that are pretty decent. This is a good hotel, but it could be a great hotel with a few minor changes!

Property, Staff, and Rooms were great. The food was average but always available. The drink selection is quite poor and if you like liquor, I would recommend bringing your own.

Too big, yet only one main restaurant open in a busy season; the beach restaurant where we could have had lunch wasn’t open. It was always crowded, the staff overwhelmed and the food was the same. I feel overall it didn’t justify the price we paid.

I need to write to you separately as there was an unresolved incident between a member of their staff and my 15 year daughter which occurred on the 28th Dec and still have had zero communication despite us reacting at the moment of the incident. I would have thought that a place like this was secure which seems so from a perimeter point of view but when a member of staff picks up your daughter offering assistance and going in the opposite direction it could have been a major incident hadn't it been for my son being present. I have asked them to pull all CCTV, filled out the forms ( FYI, Im fluent in Spanish and no stranger to the hospitality and leisure industry) but what happened was shameful, the fact we have had no communication or recognition would want me to publicly advise parents to be aware. The driver was from their residential / club golfing carts and are not allowed to pick up people from the main complex let alone try to take them to corners of the complex and then follow her into her villa / apt. Its disgraceful, my daughter remained scared & traumatised for the rest of the vacation meaning that man wife and myself had to escort her around incase she seen the guy again and one of us stay with her each night which wasn't the family holiday we wanted or received. The majority of staff try hard there however the head of customer service who received our complaint seemed to disappear for the next 4 days until we had departed, quite shocking, would appreciate help

Extremely Disappointed with taste of buffet food and options available, Alcohol options were horrible. You could not make reservations to the actual restaurants were the food as ok. Would never go back.
