Stay away from Zamna at all costs. My husband and I went for the music festival this year and I have never felt so unsafe. There were police with machine guns everywhere, we were robbed coming in, drinks costs 200mx, and a cab ride out was $80usd for an 8 minute ride. Not to mention the headliners car for the festival was stolen from inside and burned. The area and set up are dangerous. An absolute nightmare and tourist trap and fake instagram festival in Tulum.

We booked the hotel for the first leg of our visit to Tulum, however, we were deeply disappointed by the room. As the property is in the jungle, it’s expected that there will be insects. However, there were LARGE and SEVERAL insects in the room + bathroom including animal droppings on the bed — this place is soooo dirty! Noticed a hole in the ceiling where all the animals were coming in. We called security as reception closes at 6pm. Additionally, the hotel management was incredibly unhelpful especially when we decided to check out and could not get a taxi as the hotel is far out of town from Tulum was in the middle of nowhere with no reception. We walked to the main road and eventually got reception and managed to get a taxi. Also the taxis rip you off and the hotel should work out a price as the hotel is far from everywhere.

Tienen muy mala planeación y no les importan los huéspedes que hacen sus reservas con tal de ganar más dinero ellos, compré un boleto para Boris en agosto y con tiempo reserve una habitación ahí, pero un día se les ocurrió la.idea de cobrarle más caro a lo huepedes ,.así que cancelaron mi reserva y la subieron de precio, al fin que el consumidor más importante al parecer son los extranjeros que pagan cualquier precio que les pongas, así que mi reserva fue cancelada para vender habitación + ticket del evento con un precio más elevado y no respetaron mi reservación

Es un sitio mágico. Nos ha encantado alojarnos aquí. Además es un puntazo tener kayaks de forma gratuita para darte una vuelta por las instalaciones. Todo de 10. El trato, la limpieza, el lugar… repetiremos y recomendáremos sin duda. Gracias. Judit y Gabriel

Estuve en zamna de vacaciones… y la verdad volveré sin duda! Súper atentos el personal y las cabañas increíbles.. un sitio súper bonito y acogedor!!! Me encanta En cuanto llegamos súper atentos en coger las maletas t llevarlas… el desayuno súper bueno!!! Y los chicos que trabajan una pasada! La chica que estaba en recepción súper amable y nos recomendó sitios para ir a cenar. No muy caros y súper bueno todo! Sin duda quiero volver en enero 💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕💕
