I stayed at the mangosuit for 2 nights for a sightseeing trip, and it was a great choice for the price and location. The room was clean and comfortable, though on the smaller side. The linens were fresh,. The bathroom was spotless, and the water pressure in the shower was excellent. My only minor critique is that the Wi-Fi could be a bit spotty at times, and the street noise was noticeable.. The staff were very friendly and efficient. Check-in was quick, and the front desk agent, was very helpful with directions. We skipped the hotel breakfast but found a great local café nearby. Overall, the mangosuit hotel offers great value for money in a prime location. I would happily recommend it to budget-conscious travelers who prioritize location over luxury."

Had a 1-day weekend stay at Mango Suites in Tuguegarao. The location is perfect and walkable to every corner of the downtown area. All of the staff, from the security personnel to the service desk, were all courteous and welcoming of your stay. Upon arriving at my room, everything was clean and fresh. The shower has a heater option, there's a bidet beside the toilet, free toothbrush kit and shower kits. For the bed area, it had 2 coffee tables with overhead lamps, a mini wardrobe with hangers, and another table. As for the TV, I'm not sure if it has cables installed, but on my room it didn't. I can only watch via Youtube or Netflix. Although this is a user's preference, but I loved the firmness of the bed and the pillows. I had a good sleep and didn't have any sudden wakeups in the middle of the night due to uncomfortable pillows (some hotels have pillows that are too soft for my liking). Overall, had a great stay. What I haven't tried are the hotel's restaurant at the lobby area and the free shuttle service to the airport. Maybe next time!

Overall it was okay, ordered papaitan at the restaurant, but rice had hair in it. I mentioned it to the wait staff, recalled the item but to my surprise he still charged me, which I refused to pay.

This is a fantastic hotel. Our rooms were very comfortable. helpful staff, good food, and convenient locations.

This is my second time staying here, and I’m just as satisfied as before. The staff are very friendly and accommodating, the bed is super comfortable, and the place is definitely worth the money. It can be a bit noisy since it’s near the highway, but that’s understandable and didn’t affect my stay. I’ll gladly come back again!

It was good and I enjoy the view and also the cleanliness of the room

It is not thesame room as it is in my reservation.It says City View on my reservation, but it is not. There is cockroach in my room. I ask the lobby to change room because it is not what I expected because it no CityView. And they did nothing.

Set in a noisy location (tuguegarao city centre) and with thin walls, don't expect a "quiet night in" style hotel. Functional and kept clean, it served the purpose of a place to rest with air conditioning and a good size shower with adequate water pressure - even though it ran out of water at one point but was fine the next morning. The breakfast options were barely edible - though the berry jam was pleasant, just about everything else was not. Service was minimal but covered the necessary steps to check in and out easily enough and the staff were pleasant to speak to.

Its cozy and the location is superb

Honest review for room 317,it was clean but the water coming out from the lavatory faucet smells bad that’s why we haven’t tried to use it. The linen is itchy or the bed itself.

Had been here several times already and would say this hotel is recommendable. Staff are accommodating and kind. Thank you so much.

Staffs are very accommodating, the moment you step into the room, you feel at ease.

poor customer service. wont recommend. there are a lot more hotels that can cater to your needs than this greedy hotel.
