Staff is great and very attentive to the customer's needs. I stay here whenever I'm in Tucson. Everything I need is here, location is perfect for medical procedures. I always have my ESA with me, and she is always welcome! Kitchen is a plus for l9nger stays.

Nice, clean and comfortable. Rooms are spacious. Pet friendly. Staff is very attentive and kind. I highly recommend this place.

Close to two shopping areas and also a number of restaurants---a CVS is across the street. From third floor excellent view of Catilina Mountains and at west end of walkway you can often see beautiful Arizona sunsets. Professional and helpful staff with special mentions to Alyssa, Carlos and Maria.

We were planning on only staying week bit this place has been such a home away from home. We have really enjoyed the sights of Tucson and decided to stay another week. The property manager Carlos is nothing but exceptional. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

The staff here are all very friendly and helpful. Alyssa is the best!!! She is always very helpful, friendly, kind and respectful. I have been staying here since the end of October and anything I have needed assistance with has been handled in a very professional and expedient manner. Everyone has been great!

My wife and I found ourselves in a tough situation to where we needed immediate housing. I have a very good full time job so making weekly payments wasn't an issue. I saw a few ads on the internet for Extended Stay America and looked into it. As soon as we came in we were greeted with such a warm welcome that it really felt like home, not a hotel. The plan was to stay a month or 2 and then transition to a regular apartment. However after staying a few weeks with all the amenities they provide it became very clear that this was our home. Since then Carlos and his staff have been so amazing with helping us settle in. We have been here over 3 months now and we couldn't be happier. Whether you are coming here for a few days Stay or a few months, I guarantee you that you will not find a better hotel and staff in Tucson than this.
