터커스타운 호텔

Lovely hotel that shares space with Tucker’s Point Beach & Golf Club. Very close to airport. The water is crystal clear and the sand is soft underfoot and it really is pink! Hotel is a short ride to historic town of St George’s. Walk around the town and explore The Unfinished Church, Town Hall, St Peter’s Church and don’t miss the adjoining cemetery which contains a UNESCO burial site. The Crystal and Fantasy Cave tours are not to be missed, and short distance from hotel. After cave visit (amazing!), walk to Bailey’s ice cream shoppe. Across the street is the Swizzle Inn, famous for rum swizzles. The town of Hamilton is in the other side of the island and therefore a longer taxi ride, perhaps 25 mins? We had a gorgeous harbor view from the balcony of our large, well appointed room. We dined at Beach Club (gorgeous for lunch or early dinner) and Island Brasserie. Both good food options. Hotel staff was very accommodating and courteous. From arrival to departure, we were greeted with smiles and felt genuinely welcome. A note about taxi drivers…most are very knowledgeable about the island so feel free to start a conversation. They are happy to share! A wonderful island escape!

Bermuda is beautiful! I would’ve gone back for sure if it wasn’t for the attitude that was given. My mom, little brother and I all had to sleep with two blankets and 6 towels due to no heater. We called the office 3 times before 8pm. Told them my mom is anemic and the heater isn’t working. They finally had a nice gentlemen come check it out - he checked out both, in the living room and the bedroom. The man confirmed it’s not working and he will talk to the lady at the friend desk (Amy) to have us switch to another villa. It NEVER happened. They never even gave us more blankets, nor called back to see what the man said - nothing. The next day, I went to the front at 10am and asked Amy is there anything the hotel is going to do tab out this situation especially due to my moms health. Amy stated she will call her boss, Deedee to see further. 1 hour later, taxi comes to pick up my family and I to the airport. Of course Amy never called - same way no one called back last night after confirming how cold it was and how the heater doesn’t work. I advise the taxi to please stop down the hill so I can give in both key cards to the front desk and check out. I asked Amy if there is any updates and she replied that deedee will only detect $20. On top of only having to deduct so little Amy had the only attitude since that morning. My moms health is more than $20. I will b taking her to the doctors back at the states and hopefully nothing is wrong. Even the taxi lady told me I should go back and get my receipt (that wasn’t given to me when i checked out) because they are known to charge you and steal money. Taxi driver also confirmed how a lot of people complain about the villa and deedee is a b****. If it wasn’t for the taxi driver I wouldn’t have my check out receipt. And since they were sneaky in the first place, I took pictures of the entire apartment before and after and I would recommend anyone else to do the same. It’s Christmas Eve btw which is the saddest part. Thank you Amy and Deedee for having my mom sick on vacation and the holidays! ***I posted how many towels we had to sleep with to be able to stay warm!!*** Other than that, everyone in town was very nice and it was so beautiful. St. Regis will be our hotel next time for sure.

직원들은 훌륭했지만 그 외에는 여기에 머무르는 것을 즐기지 못했습니다. 객실은 심각한 업데이트가 필요하며 하우스 키핑이 더 나을 수 있습니다. 바다의 전망은 편안했지만 광고된 대로 해변은 없습니다. 바다를 감상할 수 있는 모래밭이 있습니다. 해변을 원한다면 호스슈 베이 비치로 가려면 택시가 필요합니다.
