The hotel has a great location and my room had the best view. From the room window, we could see Kecharis monastery and the entire sunrise. The property is huge with a range of amenities like pool, basketball court, tennis court etc. This both a boon and a bane as the room is a bit far from the reception with no shuttle service. The staff is really friendly and helpful.
For vegetarians who also eat eggs, there are limited food options, but they taste good.
Two cons that I felt could have been improved:
- There were a lot of houseflies near the window which was a but annoying. And in the morning, you’ll find a lot of dead houseflies at the bottom of the window
- The room size might theoretically look big, but because a lot of the room size is used up in the stairs, it’s actually just a bedroom with some walking space around the bed. I would recommend to book a bigger room at this property.

We stayed me and my pregnant wife, we ended up ordering food to our room and we found out one of the pizza slices has finger nails inside. Everyone dont ever order food from their dinner its called brasserie. The worst service ever when when i showed them like they didnt care what a very bad bad service and hotel i dont recommend it to anyone

Our visit was in mid-December, a quieter time for the hotel, accompanied by cold weather in Tsaghkadzor. To start with the pros, we felt the room was not warm enough at first. The staff were understanding and provided an extra electric heater for the room. Furthermore, breakfast was good, and the room was fairly comfortable. To pick on some things that could be improved, one would be the flatness of the pillows, which made them uncomfortable. Secondly, there was slightly lukewarm water throughout our stay of two nights. Furthermore, the reception staff did not pick up the phone that night, which led to delays and miscommunication. The next morning, staff cited an electricity shortage in the town and said that the hot water would be back in the next 15 minutes (this was not the case). The reception's explanation did not make sense, as there was hot water running in the taps and the room itself was being heated! Breakfast was sufficient to accommodate our vegetarian dietary needs. It would be much appreciated if the kitchen staff were able to provide labels to specify the ingredients in some of the food. We helped ourselves to what we thought were just 'potatoes', only to see fillings of what looked like meat. The staff themselves were unsure if it contained meat and had to confirm with the kitchen. Hence, the staff being informed and having clear labels would lead to a more pleasant experience. The experience overall was good, and could be made much better with just a few improvements :)

We just had a very relaxing 6 nights stay at the Tsakhadzor Marriott Hotel. The staff is caring and kind. The housekeeping does a perfect job. The food is delicious and the waiters are providing fast and friendly service. The property has a huge pool with a large jacuzzi, and a spacious and well equipped gym. We would return on next occasion.

Too overrated, overpriced. The worst hotel I have ever stayed in, the room services are horrible. We had to call and request every single time to provide hygiene items; the serving staff was very unprofessional and rude. The bed they added was broken and the third guest had to sleep on the floor( The TV is not working at all, no places for entertainment. The breakfast was mediocre, no variety to choose from. Definitely would not recommend, it’s a pity this hotel has been rated a 5-star.

Good to stay, excellent atmosphere, snow everywhere, continental breakfast was good, fresh food, fruits. Clean corridor, rooms, but few minor to improve, weak internet, fair english speaking floor staff. Can arrange a few contacts for any local tour. Otherwise, it's a good and nice hotel.

I enjoyed my stay with my family and will return. Everything about the hotel was high quality. Here are some highlights. - Professional and friendly staff - A quality restaurant where we enjoyed breakfast, lunch, and dinner - A fitness center with an excellent pool, sauna, table tennis, and more - Excellent location, modern and well-decorated building, with a nice room.

Great hotel and facilities. The closed pool hasn’t been my favorite but still not too bad. Great massage service. Nice room including tasty breakfast. Not too far from skiing slopes, great nature surrounding. Forests very colorful during autumn.
