I stayed here for three nights recently prior to boarding a cruise. We thoroughly enjoyed the experience. The location is amazing, right beside the beach. There is a great pool there which is quite big and the pool deck is really nice. We stayed in a ground floor room which looked out onto the garden and to the Indian Ocean beyond. The room, which was on the small side but adequate, was well equipped with coffee maker, kettle & tea bags, instant coffee etc. The coffee pods were an extra charge. There were nice toiletries in the bathroom. There was also a safe and minibar. We had breakfast and buffet dinner as part of our package and the food was grand, with plenty of choice. The property is fairly isolated. There aren’t other bars or restaurants very close by and there is a security base monitoring vehicles entering the property. The staff members I met were very friendly and efficient. I loved my stay at this hotel and would definitely return.

We stayed at Radisson Blu, Lafayette for six nights during our honeymoon, and it was a truly romantic and memorable experience. The location is stunning, offering breathtaking views and a serene atmosphere, perfect for a couples’ getaway. One of the highlights is the private beach, where we enjoyed swimming, snorkeling, and even a bit of lagoon fishing. The resort also has a well-maintained swimming pool, adding to the overall relaxing vibe. Our room was spacious, well-lit, and impeccably maintained, making our stay very comfortable. The food at the resort was good, with breakfast being a standout—it was always fresh and satisfying. As newlyweds, we were delighted by the thoughtful arrangements of sparkling wine and a candlelight dinner, which made our experience even more special. However, there are a few areas for improvement. While breakfast and dinner were enjoyable, the menu lacked variety, and the food quality was inconsistent at times. The resort’s remote location adds to its charm but also means that commuting anywhere requires a taxi, which can be a bit inconvenient. Additionally, some bathroom amenities were not replenished, and we had to request replacements. Overall, Radisson Blu, Lafayette is a great choice for a peaceful, romantic getaway with beautiful surroundings and thoughtful experiences for couples. With some improvements in food variety and service consistency, it could be truly exceptional.

All-inclusive hotel with lovely views of the ocean, on the secluded East Coast. The hotel has a buffet restaurant serving decent food for breakfast and dinner - along with a breakfast chef and varied evening themes, like Indian night, which had tasty, freshly prepared dishes. The rooms have Nespresso machines, which is nice (capsules aren’t included but can be purchased at 3$/2.90 € a piece (= 140 MUR). There is a large pool with lounge chairs and there are more lounge chairs by the sea (most of which, however, seemed occupied from morning till night during high season, when I visited). There aren’t that many activities to do in this part of the island, but you can do a bit of snorkling and kayaking. The hotel also has an entertainment program with games and some other group activities. There is also a gym and a basic spa. Most sea front rooms do not have balconies, but can open the glass partition (a type French balcony). Between 6PM and 11 PM, the entertainment system and DJs dominate the resort (a loud pounding from the bass can be “enjoyed” in the sea front rooms in the main building), but if you’re an all-inclusive guest there to party, and with (some of the) drinks included, this hotel might be just your scene. Others might find the place touristy, noisy, and overpriced.

Loved snorkelling in the lagoon, lots of fish, corals and even some turtles if you’re lucky! Other than the lagoon, I spent most of my time in the pool - it was pretty big and there were even aqua gym classes! The rooms were clean with amenities such as hairdryers and all essential toiletries. The hotel has a great view and feels like a premium resort experience. The food and drinks were delicious! Lots of activities to keep busy and entertained throughout the stay. Most importantly, the staff were all very nice and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure our stay was as comfortable as possible.

Diane,Shantanu, Arassy and Alvin made our Stay memorable. I will definitely come back. Radisson Blu is a hotel for those who want to relax. The food is good, The atmosphere was good. Arassy which means queen was very good at welcoming us at the hotel. She gave an overwhelming first impression. She is a very valuable asset for Radisson Blu. Diane bid us goodbye. We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Radisson blu poste la fayette. the service was exceptional, and the room cleanliness was imppeccable. the food has variety and was delicious. we were delighted to meet such lovely people like Vimla and Girish (room), Nidee (reception) and Raj from Bar, they are always there to attend to our needs, ensuring every detail was checked and done. we couldn't be happier with our experience and look forward to returning back.
