룸은 더럽고 시설은 낡았고 아침식사는 형편없음

6-7-8세 어린이 3명과 함께 오후 8시 30분쯤 호텔에 도착합니다. 우리는 여행을 많이 하고 호텔에서 잠을 자주 자는데 이 숙소를 추천할 수 없습니다. 첫째, 방에 도착했을 때 난방 장치에 결함이 있고 수도꼭지를 틀면 싱크대 배관이 바닥으로 새어 나옵니다. 내 딸은 두 발이 물에 빠진 것을 발견했습니다. 화장실도 막혔어요. 언급이 있었지만 시트를 작성하는 것 외에는 어떤 피드백/옵션도 없었습니다. 내 의견은 호텔/객실에 약간의 사랑이 필요하다는 것입니다. 나는 거기에 머물면서 특히 아이들과 함께 안전을 확신하지 못한 것이 약간 부끄러운 일이라고 생각합니다. 벽에 더러운 얼룩이 많고 끈적이거나 얼룩진 조리대... 샤워기는 말할 것도 없고.. 반면, 이 호텔 체인에 숙박하면서 실망스러운 경험을 한 것은 이번이 처음이라고 말씀드리고 싶습니다.

아침식사 서비스가 별로 즐겁지 않습니다. 배급받는 느낌. 다양성이 부족해요. 커넥팅룸 옆이라 시끄럽습니다. 창문은 낡고 깨끗하지 않습니다.

더러운 방. 우리는 이틀 동안 거기에 있었습니다. 우리가 리셉션에 알렸음에도 불구하고 변기가 고장난 첫날 변기를 수리하러 오는 사람이 없었습니다. 임시로 직접 수리해야 했습니다. 차가운 계란과 구운 콩 아침 식사. 나는 조언하지 않습니다.

좋은 호텔이고 깨끗하고 모든 편의시설과 가깝고 서비스도 좋습니다

방은 새로 고침이 필요했고 욕실은 수리가 필요했습니다.

Hotel is run down, room was dirty with dust on headboard and other surfaces. Mold in bathroom. We booked for 2 nights with a non refundable deal but left after 1st night. One good point was the breakfast which was good. Would not recommend this hotel only if you’re desperate!!

Breakfast is ok. Service is ok. Carpet in the room is dirty though.

A 1 night stay over whilst heading elsewhere. The hotel is situated across the road from a pulp and paper factory. The back end is in an industrial zone. The hotel is very dated. It is showing its age. We were close to town which was convenient. The room was clean but the wind whistled through the doors all night. Breakfast was unexceptional. Rubbery eggs, sausages, beans and toast.   Staff were pleasant.  The hotel needs repairs to ceilings, outside steps, no sprinklers in room, uneven pavement when walking to outside access to the room. 

3/5 CLEANLINESS Overall , BECAUSE : bathroom , bed sheets were clean . Beds beds were very well done. HOWEVER T HE FLOORS and DOORS KNOBS WERE STICKY..........................3/5 3/5 SERVICE .Your receptionist ( Fatima at check-in ) was efficient and smiling . At night, when we came back ( approx 10:00hrs PM,) no one was at front desk..... Three (3) other guests had also been waiting over 15 minutes to see "someone" to answer them. We waited an additional 5 to 7 minutes before Thomas showed up . He apologized and explained that being alone he had to go at the building in the far back to open some door and/ or windows to facilitate the air flow exchange as someone had "overcooked a pizza and the "burned pizza" smell had filled the surrounding air on the second floor corridor etc... Some guests had complained and he made sure everything was Ok and under control.................................. 1/5 FACILITIES . Defective card readers to unlock door. In corridor AND outside door. Apparently, the batteries in the LOCKS had to be changed but could only be done by maintenance personnel during daytime. WAS very annoying as we had to walk back at front desk on 3 different occasions . (1) Upon arrival, could not use outdoor direct access from parking lot. (2) We had walk to go at end of building and walk back to our room to access from corridor. (3) Upon returning at approx 10:00PM , the corridor card reader to access our room did not work at that moment. So (3) we had to go back at front desk at which time we waited for Thomas as described earlier under SERVICE. .................................................................................... Hope these specific observations and comments will be taken in account so your Travel Lodge in Trois-Rivières may meet your company's standards.

Very good location close to highways and downtown. Room temperature was on the cool side due cooler weather for a couple of days.

Good location, close to other services (restaurant, coffeeshop..), close to downtown . Room is large enough, can be cleaner around back door, fresher odor is needed. Staff is ok, some use language more fluently than others. Kitchen/ breakfast is full, relaxing. Parking is safe

The sink was not working, hotel is old and there was a loud noise from the air conditioner

They have a good service and very clean
