Shop 1 km, supermarket 4 km, bus stop 400 m, railway station "Colico" 8 km, pebble beach "Acquaforte" 550 m, grass beach 1 km, outdoor swimming pool 1 km. Marina 900 m, golf course (18 hole) 30 km, surf school 900 m, cycle lane 500 m. Nearby attractions: Tempieto di San Fedelino, ciclopedonale Sentiero Valtellina, Forte Montecchio Nord a Colico, Cascata dell Acquafraggia Chiavenna, Riserva naturale di Pian di Spagna. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Lago di Mezzola. Hiking paths: Monte Berlinghera, Alpe Dosso del Liro. Please note: car recommended. Residence with electric gates.
