트레저 베이 리조트 & 마리나(Treasure Bay Resort & Marina)

Our third time here and still the best value in Treasurer Island. Clean, nice free breakfast and a quick check in. Close to great restaurants and the beach across the street. Had a marina view.

I reserved a gulf view which was more expensive than a standard room. When I checked in the front desk said Trip.com booked a standard room and they didn’t have any gulf view rooms left. So they told me to contact Trip.com for refund on room.

This place was amazing, it was clean, and convenient, it’s also adorable considering the grounds and space they have. A very quaint but clean pool and hot tub, clean check in waiting area, rooms are very clean and ocean side rooms are really great to sun on the balcony during the day. Overall for the price you CANNOT beat this place. The parking fee was a bit of a surprise but I booked on ******* so it’s more their fault for not mentioning it. My only is issue was the one girl at the front desk was incredibly incompetent, and the hot tub was a bit cold. I get it, good help is hard to find. The grounds are very clean and cute though and it’s pet friendly! I had room for my dogs crate and I felt very safe leaving her there. I even left the slider open so she could relax and have sun while we went out. Overall from an avid vacationer, 8/10 for price, cleanliness and comfort considering it’s a small resort.

Gulf Blvd is between resort & public beach. I was concerned about traffic noise but didn't notice it. The SCBT stops everywhere easy to get around w/o a car. It takes you from St Petes to Clearwater. You can even transfer to go up to Tarpon Springs. The resort is a little older but not bad. Beds/pillows comfy. Breakfast was just some cold cereals & coffee, no tea. Pool water was on the cool side but sparkling. Was told hot tub very warm but it looked a little green for me. Dunkin Donuts, Waffle House right next door & ice cream shop too! Charged for parking car & you had to have a "towel card" for the beach towels you borrowed. We weren't supposed to have our room cleaned everyday but housekeeping came everyday 1 day they only made 1 bed & didn't sweep the floor, not sure what that was about. There is no access to the rooftop bar ($8/beer) after it closes. Would've been nice to sit there when it finally stopped raining or in the morning. Not much to do if raining-it rained all weekend for us. Trolly takes you to Johns Pass-lots of shopping & food. Sweet Sage Cafe a WONDERFUL breakfast/brunch place. Go early! They are only open til 1 or 2 p.m. But ooohhh so good! Britts pizza is close, very good as well. The beach is very clean. Beach view is so so. The beach is very wide so even w/o the taller hotels across the street, you wouldn't see a whole lot of the water. Overall, I would most likely stay here again. Staff was friendly.

Great place room was clean staff was friendly. Check in was a breeze Parking is $16 which is normal for the area.They didn't charge any other crazy fees, there is a separate key for the pool make sure to return those they charge $50 if not it's clearly posted and they explain that when you check it in. This place is right across from the beach and located by multiple restaurants. I really enjoyed my stay this place has a good value and I would stay again.

Older property, but front desk so incredible. Room clean all the basics. Rooftop bar very nice a**osphere. Would stay again.

Location is great. Ocean right across the street. Hot tub was open all night! Got in from traveling all day after 11pm and was still able to use it. Marina view is quiet and lovely. Ocean view is a little noisy on balcony with the street and there was music playing from the pool area and bar. Which we enjoyed sitting on balcony and listening to music. And from inside the room you couldn't hear anything. Sound proofed well. We stayed on both sides of the hotel. If you want quiet stay on marina side. If you want fun, music, and ocean stay on the ocean/pool view rooms. Overall very nice for the price.

Nice place and convenient to the beach across the street. Hot tub was not working during our visit.

We enjoyed staying at this property. After talking with the front desk prior to arriving - we were mis-informed on some of the amenities. Don't count on cereal being available everyday. You cannot fish from the marina behind the resort. Being in a sandy area - it would have been nice if housekeeping would have swept floors.
