I had a fantastic stay at Charles Hope Manchester Townhouses. The two-bedroom townhouse was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The check-in process was smooth, and the location was excellent—easy access to the city while still feeling peaceful. The space was spacious, stylishly furnished, and had all the amenities I needed. The bed was comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming. Would definitely recommend this place and stay again in the future!

이 호텔에 머무는 것은 훌륭한 경험이었습니다. 저희는 3인 가족인데 최근 남편의 부상으로 인해 접근 가능한 방이 필요했습니다. 방의 크기를 보고 정말 놀랐어요! 매우 공간이 넓고, 거대한 창문이 2개 있습니다. 저에게는 큰 의미가 있는 반 개방형입니다(이전 리뷰에서 나는 항상 내부에 산소가 없는 잠긴 창문을 싫어한다고 말했습니다 😃). 욕실에는 세면대가 2개 있습니다. 휠체어 사용자용과 서 있는 사람을 위한 매우 편안한 공간입니다. 수건, 샴푸 및 기타 특전은 힐튼이 사랑하는 것입니다. 알약은 훌륭합니다 (호텔에 대한 또 하나의 나쁜 요구 사항). 또 귀여운 점은 주차가 무료라는 점이에요 (이 나라에 무료 공원 보셨나요?😆) 우리는 영국식이라 아침을 먹지 않았고 돼지고기도 먹지 않았습니다. 하지만 나머지는 모두 정말 훌륭해요!

Hotel is fine, not cheap for what you get, but at least the restaurant is good (for dinner) and near the airport. What I don't get is, if you pay extra for Breakfast (and it's expensive), you still need to pay again more to get some coffee (espresso or cappuccino), why? Also the breakfasts buffet doesn't offer much choices, and quality is so-so. A pity!

비교할 수 없는 축구 경험! 호텔은 올드 트래포드 경기장 바로 옆에 있어서 길을 건너지 않아도 됩니다! 호텔의 배경화면은 모두 축구 요소가 가득한 맨체스터 유나이티드 선수들의 사진입니다! 객실 내 미니바는 무료입니다. 물과 음료 외에도 어린이를 위한 다양한 사탕도 마련되어 있습니다. 다음에 맨체스터 유나이티드 축구를 보러 오면 다시 머물겠습니다.

이 지역에서 제가 가장 좋아하는 호텔, 직원이 훌륭했습니다. 우리를 체크인한 Jess는 도움이 되고 유익했습니다. 잘 돌보았습니다. 아침 식사는 선택 가능하며 좋습니다. 호텔의 Marco Pierre 화이트 레스토랑 일부는 선택이 좋으며 식사할 때 너무 바쁘지 않았습니다. 꼭 호텔로 가겠습니다. 10/10을 추천하고 싶습니다. 감사합니다.

I demand a refund asap!! I stayed here in February 2024 and was rudely awoken by a police officer at 2am after a disturbance in the room next to me. (9th floor exec lounge) I mistakenly gave them another chance for one night this summer, after a great night in the exec lounge, I had a shower and attempted to get into bed only to find blood speckled all over the bedsheets. The prices this hotel charges, basic cleanliness and hygiene should be the bare minimum to be expected!
